  Our party of three adults and two children ages 10 and 12 stayed at this lovely home for four nights. There is no question that we will be back next year. The house is immaculately clean and nicely furnished in the "western" style. The photos really do not do the place justice. In fact, they need to be updated because the main level now has beautiful new hardwood floors and the new bunk bed has a double underneath that fits two children or an adult comfortably. We loved the fact that the house is really turnkey. The kitchen is very well-appointed with excellent cookware, fantastic new appliances (including a powerful 5 burner gas stove), Weber grill, and spices and condiments in cabinets! This made it so easy for us to go across street to the Whole Foods to pick up meats and veggies and whip up a gourmet meal. Every bathroom was thoughtfully appointed with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, in addition to other toiletries. The laundry room had detergent and even dryer sheets! We felt like we were staying at a friend's vacation home that had never been rented. The location of the house is also excellent. Although not within walking distance to the resorts, it is within a 10 minute drive to everything, including the Park City resort, the fantastic outlet mall, the Walmart, etc. The Whole Foods & Starbucks are just across street from the community. The house is also closer to the airport than the resort area of Park City which is a benefit when you are arriving on a late flight and want to get to the house as quickly as possible. The private hot tub worked very well and was a delight after a long day of skiing. The house had ample towels for use with the spa. We also want to note for future visitors that we had great massages at the Silver Mountain Fitness Center and Spa. Bruce, one of the massage therapists, was one of the best I've every experienced and he only charges $100/hour. We do want to note that the house has very high celings which also means there are more stairs than usual. This would not be a good house for the elderly or people with mobility disabiities. In sum, it was a truly great stay and we will definitely be back. We thought about buying our own place in Park City but with a place like this to call home, we don't need to.

  This townhome has it all. It is located near shopping, Whole Foods/Smith's grocery store, restaurants and skiing and was very clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the hot tub soothed sore muscles after a day of skiing. The photos accurately reflect the decor of the townhome, but it is even nicer in person. We enjoyed eating at the Loco Lizard and Ghidotti's restaurants that were nearby. Gregg was very helpful with providing information about lift tickets etc. We would definitely recommend this townhome to friends or relatives and we plan on returning.

  The Owner was extremely friendly and was always available, if I had any questions or concerns. The pictures does not do it justice! The house is absolutely beautiful! My friends and I came for 5 nights for snowboarding and sundance; and We did not want to leave! Also, the 2 car garage and driveway came in handy.. as it snows often in Park City. The Location is very Ideal, a mile off Rt. 80. and only a half mile from walmart, liquor store, gas station and many restaurants! I can't wait to come back to Park City!

  This townhome is spectacular! Beautifully furnished in a mountain/Western style -- rustic yet elegant. We thought it looked nice in the picture, but thought it was even nicer in person than we expected. The owner, Gregg, was very nice and helpful in every way -- from my first inquiry, through my stay, and his follow up afterwards. Convenient location: close to grocery (and with the fabulous kitchen and outdoor grill, you'll probably want to cook at least once--even on vacation!) My husband and I traveled to Park City in January for the Sundance Film Festival with our two young boys and our friend. We each had our own room, plenty of privacy, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were close enough to all the activity, but removed enough to have peace and quiet with our family and be able to enjoy the serene surroundings. We went skiing one day at The Canyons, which is close and easy to get to. Also, went night tubing in Gorgoza Park. The layout of the townhome was perfect for a family: bunk beds for our boys so they could stay together. Plus, the downstairs den is far enough removed from the rest of the bedrooms that my husband and I could watch a movie once the boys were down without disturbing them. My only con--at all--is that the downstairs den area was very cold. Even with the fireplace on. But it's a basement. And it was freezing outside. So that's to be expected, right? And there were plenty of cozy blankets in the closet to snuggle up together...so it really wasn't a negative thing after all. ;-) All in all, a perfect vacation home. Esp. for a family. We want to come back every year.

  We have been renting town homes and condos 2, and sometimes 3 times a year, for over 20 years across the United States, and we have to say that this is the best vacation yet. The town home is very accessible to skiing and shopping, extremely clean, well equipped and comfortable for everyone. Our group consisted of 1 married couple and 5 singles, and we managed to feel very at home, without getting in each other's way. The layout worked out very well. It was very easy to speak to the owner. He was very courteous, helpful and professional. I have already put two other groups interested in renting in Utah in touch with the owner. Needless to say, we will be looking forward to revisiting this wonderful town home, and making some more great memories.

  Our stay at this property was wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed even for a full holiday family dinner. Everything was spotless, and the space was perfect for everyone to feel like they had enough room to spread out and relax. The owner was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. If you are looking for a great place to just show up and relax, this is it. I would highly recommend it to my friends.

  Fantastic location. Easy access to food, shopping, parks, trail systems and ski resorts. Great clubhouse with pool/spa. The house was in great shape and very nicely furnished. Owners were easy to work with, available but not intrusive. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while enjoying all Park City has to offer.

  This Townhome was perfect for my large family - plenty of room for all ( with 4 bathrooms and two family rooms with flat screen TVs ), VERY clean and comfortable. Jacuzzi was a plus !! Close to all Park City ski resorts and within an hour's drive of the Cottonwood resorts.

  This townhome is so clean and comfortable! It is beautifully decorated and spacious. There was plenty of room for all of us (4 adults and 3 kids). The kitchen is very well equipped with great appliances and pans plus pleasant surprises like a salad spinner and zester! In addition to cable TV, the house has google TV which allowed all of us to see the internet at once, e.g. when checking out things to do. The house is also well stocked with lots of towels, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo/conditioner/lotion, hair dryer, etc. The townhouse is a few minutes drive from The Canyons and about 10 minutes from Main Street in Park City. It's located near several shopping centers, including a large organic grocery store, regular grocery store, bowling alley and movie theater. It was so easy to work with Gregg, the owner. He was always accessible by phone and email and provided helpful advice. We hope to stay here again!

  This property was excellent for our family of four with two teens. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Modern appliances, nice furnishings, hot tub was fantastic. We ski at various resorts in and around Park City and this house is perfectly located for access to all, as well as Redstone Plaza across the street for restaurants/shops. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Can't say enough, we look forward to retrurning next ski season or over the summer.

  Beautiful home within close distance to the ski slopes, shopping, and restaurants! My husband and I stayed here 3 nights for our anniversary and found it to be incredibly spacious, clean, and charming. After a full day of activities, you can relax in the jacuzzi just off the balcony and take in the sights surrounding this gorgeous mountain town home. The owners were very pleasant and professional as well. We will definitely come back to Bear Hollow again and bring our family of 5 with us next time!

  We have stayed at this townhouse around New Year's for the past two years. It is always clean and ready for us when we arrive. Additionally, the owners are very accommodating and accessible -- just what you want! The location is perfect for us. We ski at Deer Valley and it never takes long to get there. Additionally, the restaurants, supermarkets and other stores at the mall across the street are minutes away and suit my family's needs to a tee. I highly recommend this property.

  My husband and I and our teenage sons spent a week at this beautiful town home. The property is beautifully decorated in a warm and cozy cowboy theme. There was plenty of room to spread out into the lower level family room if the kids friends were over (we had other friends renting in a nearby Bear Hollow town home) or for all of us to curl up and watch a movie in the comfy living room. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious and a pleasure to cook in! The beds were super comfy. The owners have spared no expense in making this a deluxe vacation experience. My family has rented quite a few places at Bear Hollow, and while they have all been nice, this is the first time we called the owner mid visit and asked, "Can we could rent your place again this time next year?" Awesome -- highly recommend this property!

  We had a very good experience. The owners were easy to work with. The unit was very clean and well equipped. More then enough room for our family of 4. Beautiful home in a good location, close to shopping and the ski areas. We would definitely stay here again

  Our stay over Thanksgiving week at the town house worked out great for us with our entire family while visiting. The unit was very clean and decorated just like pictures showed. It was very welcoming and plenty of room for all. We would definitely rent this again and would not hesitate to recommend it. We like to eat at Red Rock Brew Pub and Hapa's. Had lots of fun at Jupiter Bowl and went to the indoor pool/sports complex in Kamas. My wife and I loved that! Thanks it was a great visit for us.
