Park Station is one of the best locations in Park City, and this beautiful, recently renovated, 1000 square foot, roomy unit probably has the best location in the Park Station complex. It is located on the first floor for easy access and it is an end unit with no common walls and as a result it is very quiet. It is on the south end of the building, so Main Street is literally right out the door. It has the convenience of Main Street without the noise!
Located half a block from the Park City Mountain Resort Town Lift, you can be on the slopes within minutes. The FREE city bus service right outside our front door will take you to Deer Valley or the Canyons ski areas within minutes. The unit includes a ski storage rack and a nifty cushioned bench opposite the rack to make it easier for you to put on/remove your ski boots.
The kitchen features granite counters and recessed lighting and is fully stocked.
The living room features a modular couch (which also folds out into a double bed) and a flat screen television and DVD/VCR. Each bedroom also has a flat screen television.
Each bathroom is fully remodeled and all tile. The MBR bath has a walk-in shower and the second bath has a full tub.
The patio outside the sliding glass doors has a cocktail table and chairs for enjoying views of the ski runs.
There are two hot tubs on the property - one indoors (in the same building) and one outdoors, just steps from this unit.
Plenty of free parking, but if you don't have a car, you can walk almost anywhere or take the shuttle bus.
WE ARE PET FRIENDLY! Pets are permitted, subject to the owner's approval. The unit's sliding glass doors open up to a patio and grassy courtyard, making it convenient to let your dog out! An additional, non-refundable fee of $25/day is required for each pet.

I've lived in Park City for 15 years and I love the mountain lifestyle. Of course I love to ski, but there is so much more to do in PC! We love to bike, hike, snowshoe, shop, eat, and watch great movies. Park City has a wonderful vibe and the locals are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. So come and visit us! I live right here in town so I can help you with any problems and provide you all the local's insight you'll need to have a superb vacation in PC!
Why the Owner Chose Park Station
Park Station has the best location in town. You can walk to all the shops and restaurants on Main St. and walk to the Park City Mountain Resort town lift (with your ski boots on, I mean it!). The bus stop right outside the main entrance can take you to Deer Valley or the Canyons in minutes.
Yes, you can stay at some of the nicer resorts on the mountain, but you can't always walk to Main St. If there is someone in your party who doesn't ski, or doesn't want to ski, you have the best of both worlds at Park Station.
