My wife and I just got back from fall break with our 10 and 12 year old girls. We loved the pool, the game room, and sitting by the pond. For those who like stargazing, you can see a ton of stars at night as well. We got to enjoy the Orionid meteor shower!Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers.

We called the owners at the last minute looking for a place to get away and they were extremely accomdating. This was a fun place. We went swimming in the indoor pool during the day, soaked in the hot tub in the evening. We had our morning coffee on the swing in the island as we watch the horses in the pasture next door and the fish in pond. We took advantage of the game and music room, playing pool and using the karaoke machine, which was a blast. Unfortunately none of us were musicians so we did not get to use the instrutments there. While we had never been in this part of the state before and was not sure of what to expect - we ended up having a good time discovering Linden and Hohenwald. However, our favorite day was spent at nearby Amber Falls Winery, listening to some awesome country music, sipping their very good wine, eating some TN cheese and smoke sausage. There are other wineries in the area as well. They are worth the trip to Hohenwald and this property is convenient to them all and lots of fun to come back to after a day out. Thanks Lisa and Pepper for sharing your home with us.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We are from Louisiana and we met some old friends from Tennessee to spend a weekend together at your home. We had an AMAZING visit! It was so hard to decide where we wanted to spend our time ... the pool hall, the actual pool, or by the fish pond! Who knew feeding fish could be so relaxing! We are hoping to return again SOON ! Next time we MIGHT even bring our kids! Ha Ha They would LOVE the place. There is something there for everyone. We never even had time to watch any of the movies you provide, OR use the game systems! Will have to leave that up to the kids to try out when we return !! Thanks SO MUCH for having such an accomodating place to stay.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, pet owners, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Aquaholic!! There was so much to do in such a short time...we will definitely be back. There are numerous things to do in town: Dirt track racing, two wineries in close proximity, Amish store....but we couldn't bear to leave our surroundings! Lisa has provided a wonderful home that enables one to have solitude or a good time! Pictures simply do not do this home justice, the most comfortable beds in themed bedrooms, an indoor pool fit for a king, brand new deck off the swimming area, double-sided fireplace....her furnishings are exquisite of her love for the water. We enjoyed bringing our 4-wheeler to ride the trails by the elephant sanctuary. The fishing was great as well as the the backyard for our bonfire. The young adults had a large time in the pool hall/music room (former garage). There is so much to entertain yourself with...why leave?Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, pet owners, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
