  My family and I recently returned from our Hawaii vacation and couldn't have been more pleased with our accommodations. What you see is what you get, and even more! We were greeted in the circle drive, shown around, had questions answered and began our wonderful stay. Our two bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 6! Our two teenagers slept on the pull-out couch and were very comfortable. They have beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, sand mats, boogie boards and umbrella for use on the beach. This was especially nice since we were not able to bring too much luggage along! It was nice having the beach right there and we also enjoyed the pool with the big comfy chairs! We had to make a call to Vicky about the washer not working and they were there within the afternoon and had it fixed! Our boarding passes were printed in the lobby on the day we had to leave and received our deposit a week after our return. If you plan on heading into Waikiki, plan on traffic. I highly recommend this place and we hope to return someday! Thanks Michael & Vicky

  Thank you for making us feel at home! We stayed at this property the first week of January 2011. We loved the condo! The views are spectacular! And the condo is very modern and nicely furnished (and clean!)! We found everything we needed during our stay, including beach towels and masks and snorkels. We made a point of not leaving the resort area this vacation, and we cooked every meal in the condo. The kitchen had everything we needed, from forks to pots and pans and wine glasses. We grilled quite a few times as well. There are several grills around one of the pools, and you could eat right there if you want to chat with people. We took our food back inside most of the time and had dinners on our lanai, overlooking the ocean. Fun! Several stores are less than a 10-minute drive away, and there is a small convenience store that has all necessities within probably 10-minute walk from the resort. Thank you for the binoculars, Michael! We loved watching whales play not far from the shore right from our lanai. In fact, we watched whales every morning while having coffee on the lanai. We loved the lagoon in front of the property! It was never crowded and water was always calm even when big waves would break on the rocks separating the lagoon from the open ocean. A couple of days the water was crystal clear and we were lucky to see quite a few colorful fish, including the state fish of Hawaii humu­humu­nuku­nuku­?pua?a. The water was pretty clear the rest of the time as well. We walked to other lagoons, but they were too crowded and not as welcoming as our lagoon. There were families with kids at the resort, but that never bothered us. So, I would say that this place will work great both for families with kids and without kids. There is enough space for everybody to do what they want to do. When we return to Hawaii, we will stay at this condo again, but this time we want to stay two weeks. One week was too short... :-) Thank you, Michael, for being a great host and always quickly answering any question we had both before and during our vacation! We received our deposit back one week after we got home. That was fast!

  My family and I rented this unit in May 2010.I am sorry to say it took this long to write a review.This unit is beautiful and we would recommend to anybody looking.We couldn't think of anything else would have wanted in a unit.The unit had things we didn't even think of,snorkeling gear,cooler,floats and boogie boards etc The grounds are very secure and it was nice having our own parking.The grounds are beautiful and well maintained.The people working at the villas were nice and helpful..Michael was really easy to deal with and I received my deposit back in a timely manner.We would like to thank Michael and Carol for making our Hawaii adventure the best vacation ever.This was our first trip to Hawaii and hopefully won't be our last.When we do come back we will be staying here! The only hint I would give to anybody coming to Hawaii for the first time,if you rent a car get the GPS!!

  This Ko Olina Beach Villa unit had everything to make our stay in Oahu relaxing and enjoyable. Our two-bedroom unit was spacious, clean, and easily accessible from the lobby/pool/beach and the parking lot. The unit had everything that we needed to play, cook/eat, and sleep well - closet full of boogie boards, floaties, and beach toys; fully stocked kitchen with excellent appliances; nice towels and linens. Property is about 10 minutes from shopping areas in Kapolei to buy anything that you might need. Elevator from parking garage is really convenient - and no resort parking charges. View from the lanai is great - trust the pictures. Whole experience from reservations to check-out was extremely smooth.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

  This is a terrific unit in a beautiful complex. The owner is helpful, honest and quick to respond to all inquiries. Lovely furnishings, modern appliances, beautifully kept, and the cookies and coffee gifts were a lovely touch. Perfect views, lovely staff, great gym, charming Tiki Bar and fabulous pools make this a perfect get-a-way. I highly recommend this beautiful place in Paradise!

  The photos of the condo are exactly as you see it in the listing. Michael met us the day we arrived and gave us a tour of the property and condo. The place has a luxurious feel with a fully equipped, modern kitchen. The place is relaxing and was not crowded unlike Waikiki. In fact, we rarely would run into people in the elevator. The view from the lanai was beautiful and we spent many evenings having dinner outside. Grills are available down by the pool. Costco, Safeway, and Target are 5-10 minute drive away, so we had many meals at the condo. No restaurant is on the property itself, although there are restaurants walkable at the nearby Marriott resorts. Huge Disney resort is also being built nearby which will surely bring in other places to eat. The lagoon is perfect for small children and swimming. White Plains beach (15-20 min drive) is great for boogie boarding and surfing. We made several trips to Honolulu and the North Shore for sightseeing and shave ice!! A car is a must! Overall, the condo was perfect for our family vacation.

  Michael My family and I really enjoyed our stay at your suite at Ko Olina beach Village last March for Spring Break. The unit was absolutely stunning and very good value. We enjoyed the pools and beach immensely. Dealing with you was a pleasure and we intend to return in the near future. Ted Vancouver, B.C.

  Great apartment, fully stocked. Snorkling and other adventures near by. Wish there were tennis courts on property. Only drawback. Otherwise we had an AMAZING adventure and rest!

  We had the pleasure of staying at Michael's condo March 2009. I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience. The place was amazing! The property is absolutely gorgeous; beautiful pools, gardens, and the beach and snorkeling was excellent! No crowds and really friendly staff who were more than happy to help you with anything you need. The condo was first class; i mean designer everything! and it is huge! There were a total of 4 of us and there was plenty of room and space for all of us. We loved the lanai and how the windows completely opened up; and enjoyed sitting out each afternoon with a cocktail enjoying the ocean view. Every afternoon a pod of whales would come out just in front of the property and play for about 1/2 hour; what a treat! The location was good and everything you need as far as restaurants and shops is only a 5 minute drive away. We toured the island everyday and found the location a pretty central starting point. Lastly, Michael and his wife were very gracious hosts! Even though we arrived around midnight Michael was there to greet us Hawaiian style and even spend some time showing us around the property! On the last day, they both came to see us off and make sure that we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be coming back; sooner than later!

  Upon arrival in this unit we could see that the listing photos were totally accurate! The condo was tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the kitchen, where we cooked all our meals, and the wide open lanai, overlooking one of the pools. The ocean view is unobstructed and we even saw The Black Pearl sail in early one morning. Our host was very kind and accommodating, answering all our emails promptly, and meeting us the first night. Shopping is a 10 to 15 minute drive. We would recommend this property to ANYONE! It was amazing and we anitcipate our return.
