This home was completely renovated to the studs and finished in September of 2009. The home is finished with granite and natural stone finishes. All of the woodwork is done in Knotty Alder. All furnishings are new. Each room has flatscreen HDTV's. The two downstairs bedrooms have King beds and private baths with heated floors. The upstairs bedroom has four twin beds and separate bath. Kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel farm sink and appliances and heated floors. The laundry features new front loading washer/dryer. The deck wraps around most of house and backs to beautiful national forest. You can walk to the South Meadow pool and bike paths. This is an executive level home, with a real lodge feel. Black Butte Ranch has two 18 hole golf courses, tennis courts, lodge, four pools, parks, miles of bike paths, horse back riding, lakes and many miles of hiking. Wireless internet is provided. A new barbeque was added in May of 2011. The lot number is Rock Ridge 3.

We stayed at this lovely home for four nights over Thanksgiving and had a nice, relaxing time. The house is very cozy and comfortable and in a perfect location. We have stayed at Black Butte many times and this house is one of the nicest we have stayed in. Thank you for sharing it with us!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

This home was beautiful inside and out. Perfect location - close to the rec center, but still the privacy of being set back off the road. Don't think you could find a better place to stay!Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house has recently been updated throughout. The updates are beautiful, comfortable and functional. The kitchen was well stocked/supplied and a joy to work in. The heated floors in the bathrooms and kitchen were a nice surprise even in the summer. The two main floor master suites are spacious and have amazing bathrooms. The upstairs bunk room was perfect for the kids and they had plenty of room to hang out, play games and watch their own movies. This house is right next to the South Meadow pool. You couldn't get any closer. We loved that convenience. This house has quick and easy access to the Glaze Meadow Rec Center, the Lodge and the entrance to BBR. We also loved the house's central location with regards to the bike paths. It was very easy to get to the meadow, lodge, Paulina Springs and GM Rec Center. We can't wait to come back again. Thank you for a wonderful house and a wonderful stay!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our whole family had a wonderful time at this lodge. It was very spacious and had nice furniture, appliances, bathrooms & kitchen. It was nice to have 2 master suites so that there was no arguing over who gets the better room and it was very convenient to have a full bathroom in every room. The kids loved having their own play & sleep area and they loved the bunk bed. It was a little farther from Glaze Meadows pool than I had expected, but the South Pool was just a couple feet away, so that was nice! Most importantly, it was very pleasant communicating with the owners. They were easily accessible and were nice when I needed to contact them with questions or issues. We would definitely return again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, adventure seekers.
