  My husband and I have been going to Crystal Beach for the last 7 years and we have finally found the ultimate house that has everything you need for a great vacation!! We've stayed in bigger houses on the beach and this house is our favorite. The home owner has done an amazing job making sure you have all the amenities you need for the beach and house. We used the beach umbrella and cart every day to take our stuff to the beach. My daughter was so excited to see a wagon there, because we didn't have room to bring one. The house had plenty of bathroom towels for all the rooms. Games and movies were provided for rainy days. The location is a perfect walk to the beach, and shopping center's. I usually send hours looking for the perfect vacation house for our stay and I'm so excited that I can finally stop looking, because we will definately be renting this house every year. I can't say enough about the amazing job the home owner has done to make your family vacation a lasting memorable one. Thank you so much!

  Skipper's Escape was perfect! It is more spacious than the pictures show. Plenty of room and space for our children and grandchildren. All of our needs were met. Less than a block to the beautiful beach made it easy with little ones. It was the most relaxing trip, beautiful pool and view. Janet and Chris were very attentive to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Can't wait to go again!

  Brought my family who are from the North to see first hand why I love Destin and its surroundings. And by the end of the week they were sold! From the perfect house to the white beaches we all had a wonderful time. This particular property was spacious and clean and a short walk to the beach. The kids enjoyed the convenience of the pool after a day at the beach. Many laughs and good times were made. And Janet, the owner, was friendly and easy to contact if needed. Would definitely stay there again.

  The house is exactly as advertised. It is a beautiful home only one block from the beach. Our entire family of 10 adults 2 teenagers a 4yr. old and 7mo. old baby stayed for a week and everyone had a bed. The property was clean and well maintained with a nice pool area landscaping and a heated pool.This was our first visit to Florida and it made this visit very enjoyable. Janet Kiley was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to any questions or additional needs. The beach was white sand and beautiful. I would highly recommend this property if you have a large group.

  A beautifully decorated, yet comfortable, home just a block from the beach with great amenities. Exceptionally clean with a wonderful private pool in the backyard. Close to shopping and other area amenities. Very gracious and helpful owner, who knows the area well. I would HIGHLY recommend this home ~ was even better than the photos! Hope to return for another stay in the future ~ it could not have been nicer!

  This was a "significant" birthday celebration for 7 very good friends. We have been getting together each year for the last 10 and this was by far the best locale we have visited. The house and pool were outstanding (very nicely decorated) the kitchen outfitted well, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. The owner was available to answer questions and help in any way we needed. To a person, all of us felt the visit was perfect and all are planning to return!

  Excellent location, central to everything we wanted to do. Excellent facilities, exactly everything we could hope for from outdoor grill, pool toys, hair dryers in the bathrooms, privacy AND gathering places inside the house, and exquisite weather that I'm sure the owners ordered up for us! No insects! How did they do that?

  Skipper's Escape is a wonderful beach house. It is beautifully decorated and the most equipped house that we have rented in the Crystal Beach area. We enjoyed the family games that were provided, along with the music, that we could listen to inside and outside the house. The house is close to the beach, area shops, and restaurants. Our family really enjoyed our vacation and look forward to coming back in the future. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us.

  I rented this house for my family to stay in while attending my Son's beach wedding in Destin. The house was awesome! Plenty of room for us and a very cute and private guest house in back for the newlyweds! The house was very well equiped...plenty of towels and kitchen equipment. Janet was very responsive when the air conditioning in the guest house wasn't getting cool. She had someone out within a couple hours, same evening and we didn't report it to her until after 5pm! The pool and backyard area were great for hanging out after a long day at the beach. We had wonderful dinners at Fisherman's Wharf, Goatfeathers, and Captain Dave's. We rented a pontoon boat one day and had a great time at crab island and in the bay! We hope to return again!!

  What a great week we've had at Skipper's Escape in Destin! This is a perfect beach house and it has been a great fit for the 14 of us from Texas!! Even though June grass messed up the beautiful water most of the week, we've still had a fun time, and the pool and deck here have been fantastic! We hope to come back soon!
