Private Pool and Hot Tub! Private Ocean access just across the street. Luxury home, beautifully decorated. Sleeps 15—5 bedroom, 4 full baths. Beautiful Ocean views from every room. 6 decks with chairs to sit and relax and view the ocean or intercoastal waterway and watch the sun rise and set. Flat screen TV’s in every bedroom and living room. Twin and bunk rooms have DVD players built into TV’s. 2 Master’s with private baths. (Top floor is a private Master Suite with cathedral ceiling, private living room and bath and 2 private decks.) 3rd master can be closed off from main floor living area. Fully stocked kitchen--everything you need to prepare meals or have a party. Cookware, blender, griddle, toaster, dishes and all the extras! This spacious home has 3 queen bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and 2 trundles, 1 room with bunk bed and 1 trundle, 1 queen sofa sleeper, and a port-a-crib. Linens, bath towels and cleaning can be provided with your rental (order linens when you book). Book early!

Stay was nice - house was clean and well maintained. Owners were helpful. Pictures and descriptions were accurate.Beach across the street is great and had easy access. I recommend renting Kayaks and go on the tidal flats - kids had a great time. Lots of fish & crabs.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

Just returned from a week at this property. It was everything we expected and more! House was roomy, clean and centrally located.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, pet owners, families with young children, sightseeing, girls getaway.

Why the Owner Chose North Topsail Beach:
We loved Topsail Island the first time we came here. It's beautiful and un-crowded, but has plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. There are always lots of shells on the beach and room to build sandcastles. The kids love the choice of having a pool and the ocean to play in!
