Located right on the beach in Lincoln City! This condo located at the Sea Gypsy, has the lowest beach access in town. Guests staying at this property will feel their toes in the sand only a few short steps beyond the eight foot glass slider from this ground floor unit. Each morning guests will wake to the breathtaking views of blue waves and miles of flat sandy beach. The ever changing "D" River is also right outside and everyday it carves a new path to the sea. When playing on the beach becomes tiresome, slip on your shoes and wander across the street to the ice cream shop for delicious Tillamook ice cream. It is worth a trip to the Tanger Outlet Mall and don't forget to have the best clam chowder you have ever tasted at the Dory Cove Restaurant.
Our condo can be rented as a studio or as a suite, which includes a separate bedroom and an additional bath. This is a perfect fit if there are only two or if there are four. The queen beds are pillow top mattress that provide a restful nights sleep with luxury sheets and light and fluffy comforters. Let this be your home away from home for a time of relaxation and reconnecting with family and friends. The ocean is right outside and provides a perfect back drop for conversation, games and walks. This condo is perfect for girls weekends, romantic getaways, family gatherings, or quiet times of rejuvenation.

Year Purchased: 1978
Our family owned beach home was originally bought by my mother and father in 1978; whose footprints in the sand have now faded. For years we have been able to build wonderful memories and share much laughter here. I have enjoyed watching my daughters grow up here, playing in the sand and the sun. It has been a wonderful place to get away from it all and leave the hustle and the bustle of the city behind for a weekend or for a week. Now my daughters are grown and we still love spending time here together. Until this November we have had our condo as a hotel rental, now we are enjoying the task of updating the condo and figuring out how to make a go of renting this unit on our own. I hope you will come and enjoy the coast and build beautiful memories of your own.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and we stayed here, and the place is amazing, we loved waking up early in the morning and seeing the ocean right in front of us and hearing the sound of water, it was amazing, we plan on coming back and just enjoy our time. Totally recommend it

We have stayed at the Sea Gypsy for many years and love the convenience of staying a few steps from the beach. But this year was exceptional. Patty's condo was clean and incredibly well stocked with great amenities like beach chairs, towels, toys, and kitchen items. The beds were very comfortable with nice sheets. One morning I made french toast and was delighted to find cinnamon in the cupboard! The pool area has been updated and the new gas barbecue on the patio was an added benefit. We easily slept 5 by utilizing the futon in the front room for our 10 year old. We look forward to next summer at the Oregon Coast!

We spent two nights at this condo. First, it is right on the beach. You can sit in the living room and see the ocean. Or, you can step out the door where there is a bench to sit or you can go down several steps and your feet are in the sand. We went with my in-laws and because of health issues they are unable to get to the beach so they were able to sit in the living area and enjoy the view and listen to the ocean. Second, the condo is beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. Lots of sitting in the front living area. Third, we didn’t use the pool but it is very close. Very enjoyable time. We will be going back.

Perfect location! It was wonderful to walk from the patio to the sand. The condo itself was clean and very well stocked. Lots of fun touches: great decorations, extra towels for the pool, beach toys for the kids, everything we needed in the kitchen, and more. Well cared for and very comfortable for a family of 4. We will stay here again!

We spent a week in this condo and had a blast. We had groups of different family members come and stay with us during the week, all of them loved this condo and enjoyed the beachfront views. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay, even down to beach towels, blanket and umbrellas. The kitchen was stocked with good pans, all kinds of spices, and everything you could need, even down to fun shaped ice cubes in the freezer. Whale watching was a success from the sliding glass door! Just about 1/2 mile north of this condo are tide pools that are easily accessible. The service staff was responsive to any of our requests. This was an excellent condo to stay in and we will return again very soon. We can't wait to return!

What a wonderful place to stay! after driving 6 hrs from our home, this rental was a welcomed site! The owners have taken great care in decorating it to feel homey. This is one of the first rentals that we've stayed at that had such comfortable beds. They truly have thought of everything to keep in the condo..even beach toys to our daughters delight. The only negative was the outdoor light next to the slider. It was a bit bright, but next time we will bring a sleeping mask. The view was fantastic though, and so close to the beach that our daughter was able to venture out on her own. We will definately be back!

This condo is very clean and cozy. I've stayed at other rooms at the Sea Gypsy and this one is by far the best. It fit my family of four wonderfully with the extra room. The beach access is literally right in front of the condo and the beach is very nice. It is stocked with everything you need for a great beach vacation! The owner was very nice and easy to work with. It is obvious that they take great pride in their rental because it is well taken care of.

A Great Place To Stay No Matter The Weather!! Some of the fondest memories for me were staying here during a "Winter Storm" I could smell the ocean air, and see Mother Nature at her finest all from the warmth of the condo. One of my Favorites was seeing Lighting over the Ocean! So heat up the crockpot, break out the games & popcorn and setback and watch the show.... THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES.
