It was a great VRBO experience! The house was very clean and exactly as advertised. The only bummer was the beds were very hard (we like very soft beds). We were very happy with Anna and all the communication! Great experience!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The house was perfect for our family gathering to celebrate my parent's 65th wedding anniversary and two birthdays, with several of us coming from out of state. The property looked just like the pictures, very clean, spacious and well appointed. The large dining room and kitchen let us be together while cooking and sharing meals. The little ones had room to play indoors and out. The house is close to grocery shopping along with all the great culteral amenities that Loveland offers- sculpture park, museum, its great downtown, the National Park and so much more. Dan and Anna were both very helpful and friendly about answering our questions and making sure we were comfortable. Instructions and helpful tips are readily available so that we were well informed about the property. One review mentioned needing more towels so we brought extras. Overall we loved it and hope we can stay again. .Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

Our family of 10 from California enjoyed our stay during CSU graduation 2012. It was so much better (and cost less!) than staying in a hotel. Having common areas was delightful and the space for our daughter's graduation party was perfect with the backyard and green zone access for hanging out and playing games. Thank you for a great experience!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

We had the priviledge of renting this nice home from February 9-29, 2012. This is a nice home and had everything you could need, was conveniently located to all amenities and really felt like home. Owners were available to provide assistance in a short period of time and didn't make you feel like you were bothering them. We would recommend this home to our family and friends who want to spend some time in Colorado. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to stay at this home again soon.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

I would very highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable home for a group of people. My family and friends were in Loveland for a wedding and chose this home for it's ammenties and convenient location to our wedding activities. We stayed for 6 nights and had everything we needed for a most comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property is clean and well maintained and as described is so very convenient to everything anyone would need. We found Loveland a charming city and the surrounding attractions are close, easy to get to and worth the trip.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

This was perfect for what we were looking for. Spacious, clean, well kept. We had two minor issues that were taken care of immediately. The only other issue was the amount of towels for our use. We opted to not have the house cleaning every day and they had only left us 4 towels (for 4 people) so we ended up washing towels quite often. If in the area again, we would definitely use this house.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

Very clean. There are many small rooms where groups can gather and have discussions. The house is bigger than it appears on outside. The king size bed is in the basement with lots of extra space and entertainment center, perfect for a group of young kids. Throw a couple of sleeping bags down and more kids can sleep on the floor. Side room off basement has the bunk beds. Sleeps 4 couples comfortably upstairs. Great backyard with access to greenbelt.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, age 55+.

Our party needed short term housing for up to 8 people. The owner, and his local rental agent were very easy and pleasant to work with. Everything was as stated on VRBO and we experienced no surprises. When you stay here make sure to visit Rocky Mountain National Park. This is our third visit to that park and found ourselves talking about returning to it again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

The house is lovely, and bigger than we expected. We often have allergy problems when we travel, but, none of us had any problem with allergies in this house. It was a pleasure to rent this graceful home. It was truly a home away from home.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

About: We both grew up in Colorado and moved to Loveland after we were married in 1979. Loveland is a great place to raise a family; we raised two girls here. Loveland has the amenities of larger cities, yet possesses a hometown 'feel.' When you come, we believe that you will understand immediately why Loveland has consistently been voted one of the best places to live in the country. We are very pleased to welcome you to a place that has been our home for many years.
Why Loveland:
Our home is situated within 15 minutes of modern shopping and has easy access to the major roadways leading into the Rocky Mountains, and the cities of Denver and Cheyenne, all about an hour away.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Our home is adjacent to a large, open park with grass and trees. Just exit the back yard through the rear gate and step into the lovely solitude that is owned and maintained by our home-owners association.
