  This was my first time renting a house on VRBO and the experience couldn't have been better. The house was beautiful (fun interior and gorgeous backyard) and well-stocked with amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and close to downtown. Nick was professional and timely in answering my emails. He met us at the house at check-in and showed us how everything worked and even recommended places for dinner. Great house, great owner. It was a perfect girl's weekend and we can't wait to go back!

  The Racquet Club House is as gorgeous as it looks online. This is a very chilled out, relaxing place to be. The pool is very large, warm, inviting and completely secluded, the only things looking down on you are the mountains and the humming birds. The sun beds were very comfortable and we felt so pampered using the fabulous hot tub, then later sitting by the cosy fire pit. The large pagoda was great for providing shade for our baby granddaughter, then when the sun went down, we switched on the light and ate alfresco - we'd follow that with a game of cards and our favourite tipple! How very civilised and enjoyable! The house itself is very spacious and has a superb open-plan layout. Everything we needed was there, the kitchen was very well equipped and the huge island/breakfast bar was just so useful. The bedroom linens and bathrooms were clean and what we thought were just bathroom mirrors turned out to be recessed cabinets - extra storage : ) The house is in a very quiet street with similarly designed properties only 5 minutes drive to downtown Palm Springs with all the restaurants and shops. Girls ... Cabazon is a short drive away with waaay too many designer shops - leave him at home (but borrow his plastic!). More excellent shopping at Cathedral City and Rancho Mirage. Aerial Tramway is a must and I'm not a cable car lover, but wouldn't have missed that amazing view or the snow at the top. Overall we couldn't have chosen a better house in which to spend our week at Palm Springs. Nick the Manager, met us on arrival at the house to show us how it all worked. Nick is a genuinely nice, helpful guy, who provided excellent customer service in a friendly laid back manner. I felt confident dealing with Nick after our first communication. We would certainly return to and recommend the Racquet Club House without a doubt.

  This was a perfect vacation spot for our family. Centrally located in an architectually historic section of town, the house is easily accessible to the downtown area and local sites. It is comfortable and stylish with large open spaces and carefully appointed to be practical and pretty. The backyard is complete with great outdoor ammenities to fit all needs and tastes. The pool, hot tub, firepit and pagoda were favorite places for all members of our family to relax and enjoy our vacation in the desert.

  After visiting PS many times and staying in hotels like the viceory, ace, and even the parker, I discovered this gem of a house. Having stayed their twice now, it's the only place I'll go when I visit. No crowds, no kids, your own pool and spa, your own kitchen and bar, your own music... It's everything you want and nothing you don't. My only hesitation by posting this review is that more people will want to stay there, leaving less time for me :-)

  I had a great time at the Racquet Club House. I enjoyed lounging by the wonderful salt-water pool, and enjoyed a couple of nights under the stars sitting next to the outdoor firepit. Beautifully manicured garden. The house is located in the Racquet Club Estates neighborhood and is a typical mid-century Alexander - made for relaxing. The decoration is really well done, with a lot of attention to details and several notable design pieces. I particularly enjoyed the gourmet kitchen. Great place to spend a weekend!

  My wife and I stayed at the Racquet Club House for a week, it was our first time in Palm Springs and renting this house made the experience even better. Everything about this place was great from inside to outside. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was perfect and the amenities of the back yard was beyond our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to anyone.

  We just spent 5 days at the Racquet Club House with our three kids, and it was great. It is easy to see the pool(which is nicely heated) from the kitchen, so the kids could play while we ate and cooked. The pagoda is nice for an afternoon lunch, and the jacuzzi is great for relaxing under the stars. There are spactacular views of the San Jacinto mountains, really beautiful. Kitchen has great appliances. The place is close to a major market (major plus), and is on a quite street. Highly recommended.

  This place exceeded my expectations. We wanted a cool house to stay for a relaxing weekend--something with style and comfort. The bedrooms are modern and have a boutique hotel feel. The kitchen is well appointed and perfect for preparing a dinner party. The outdoor space makes you feel like you are on a luxury vacation far from home. Whether its hanging out on a chaise lounge by the pool catching some rays and sipping a cocktail, playing cards under the shade of the gazebo, or chilling next to the fire pit in the evening, this place had everything we wanted for our weekend getaway.

  It was the first time I was staying in Palms Spring for a week-end and I had a great time. Bo's house really feels like a boutique hotel, nicely decorated and comfortable, with a beautiful and calm view on the mountain, and a great location close to the center, restaurants and bars. I will definitively come back, maybe with some family / friends from France.
