We loved the location and charm of this wonderful property. The cottage has everything you need and more. The entire back side of the cottage's main room have huge windows which allow a great view of the mountains - in the summer it was a bit warm but in the winter it will be a plus. We celebrated my birthday here this past summer and it was a great spot for access to all Breck has to offer including the fabulous Ember restaurant around the corner. The cottage was in good condition when we arrived. The property itself was being relandscaped and a new hot tub being installed so it was a bit muddy out back but sure to be nice when finished. The owners were so gracious and very helpful, we will be back.

My husband and I stayed at this location for a month, and we loved every minute of it! Views from everywhere in this cottage is of the Breckenridge slopes, and right off the driveway is a the free shuttle. I highly recommend this place, and look forward to occupying this location again. Katie and Bryce New Orleans, LA

We spent a few days in this cute cabin right after Christmas. We loved how close to main street we were. The cabin is very cozy and comfortable. Sharon is very helpful as well. Our family will be returning for sure.

We rented this cottage and the entire Eagle Lodge next door to accommodate 32 people. This cottage was amazing and one my husband and I plan on renting on our own. It has all of the amenities we expected and more. The views from the living room are amazing and the Murphy beds were perfect for the family of 6 we had stay in the cottage. It is private if renting alone, or perfect for accessing the larger home next door. Located 2 blocks from main street and 1 block from a grocery store, the location could not be more perfect. It appears to be a relatively new remodel and is very clean. Aside from the physical lodging, the owner was wonderful to work with. This was a last minute rental as our previous rental was double booked. Finding a place for 32 people 4 weeks before the event had me pretty stressed, but Sharon was amazing in meeting our needs. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this cottage for a family or the entire property for a large gathering!

This a great place to unwind. The views of the slopes are great! It's very peaceful to watch the snowcats grooming the runs after you've had a great day of skiing. We loved the fact that we could park our car and not even think about getting in it during the entire vacation. With downtown so close, including a grocery and liquor store 1 block, it's hard to have a better location. We'll definitely be back!!!

We just got back from a vacation in Breck and stayed in Eaglesnest Cottage. It was the perfect spot for the 6 of us!! We were 2 houses away from the free shuttle that took us to either the gondola or peak 9. The grocery/liquor store was a 5 min walk (in the snow!) and had everything we needed. The house was well cleaned and the kitchen had all the necessary cookware (coffee maker, crockpot, plenty of pots/pans, etc.). The photos don't do the place justice. It was beautiful and had amazing views of the mountain. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens to use if we needed. We didn't stay in the house in the picture, but in the "mother-in-law" suite to the left (if you're looking at the picture) of the main house. It was perfect. The hot tub was right outside our house. There was a grill available for our use. We did have a small issue with the hot tub water being a little low (and being from Florida we were hesitant to fix it on our own for fear of freezing something) so we called Sharon and she was more than helpful! It was taken care of that afternoon, so when we got home from the mountain the tub was full and already hot!! Main Street was 2 blocks away and a very short walk to nearby restaurants and bars. We would definitely go back there again, and would 100% recommend staying there to anyone. If we had a larger group, renting both the main house and cottage would be very ideal.

This is a very nice place to stay. The cottage may not look like much from the outside, but on the inside it is wonderful. Well designed living space with Murphy beds allows lots of foot room in the day and comfy beds at night. Superior quality appliances and flat panel TV added to the experience. Its a close walk to a convenience store and just up the hill from main street. The view is nice enough for a place that is in town. We stayed in the heat of July (and record heat here in 2010) so it could get pretty hot during the day due to all the windows & skylights without a/c, but all that glass should make it great during cooler weather. I stayed with my four older children (ages 13-19) and they all liked this cottage. When we look at visting the Summit area again, Eaglesnest Cottage will be at the top of our list.

The best place we have rented over the last 15 times we have visited Summit county. Enough room for 6 comfortably with 2 full baths, a full kitchen with more pots/pans and utensils than you can imagine. A king, queen and 2 twin beds, plus a washer/dryer and all cleaning supplies are there for your needs. Great views of Breckenridge ski resort from the house and 1 block away from grocery/liquor store and Main St. of Breckenridge where all the shops / restaurants are. The free Blue route shuttle bus picks you up right in front of the house and will take you to Peak 9 or to the gondola to Peak 8. Numerous free parking spots right in front of the house for a safe and secure stay and easy in / out access if you need to drive. I would highly recommend this rental because of the great panoramic views, walking proximity to town of Breckenridge and the convenience of shuttle bus to ski resorts. Look forward to renting it again!
