25th Wedding Anniversary
25th Wedding Anniversary
My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary with a trip to Hawaii. Our first stop was Oahu. We were first time VRBO users and were skeptical at first. I did a great deal of research and read a lot of reviews before deciding on Jan's place. It's everything described and more. We spoke with Jan a number of times with questions and she was more than accommodating. The place was beautiful, clean and cozy. It was within walking distance to town but away from the crowds. The views were spectacular and our most favorite part were the awesome trade winds. The bed was super comfortable and between that and the trade winds we couldn't have slept any better. Thanks again. Jim and Anna

4th of July Honeymoon
Hi Jan! We really love this penthouse! From the view, the amenities and how close it is to the beautiful beach. It was within walking distance to the activities but away from the crowd. Spending our last stop of our honeymoon here was a great idea and during 4th of July too! From the Singapore couple, Mahalo and Aloha

Lovely Tree House
Aloha Jan, What a lovely "tree house" penthouse! It is SO cool to have such awesome views on both sides of your home...a first for us! It was the perfect way to begin our tour of islands, staying away form the hustle & bustle of downtown, yet close enough to walk! You have thought of all the little extras too...we just saw the binoculars and enjoyed looking at the parasailers. Thanks for the Hawaiian hospitality! God Bless You,

About the owner: I'm a Fortune 25 retiree who loves the ocean. I’ve worked a lifetime to afford the Gold Coast and I am willing to share my good fortune with those who are respectful and understanding of what it takes to be here. I have been on Oahu full time since 2003 and have been vacationing here since 1992. I know the area well and I am happy to point you in the right direction to ensure you have the best possible time while you are our guest on beautiful Oahu. My Impeccable ‘Maile’ Penthouse is at the top of the Diamond Head Beach Hotel, on the Gold Coast in the quiet, exclusive bedroom community of the Diamond Head neighborhood. But not everyone will appreciate the quiet neighborhood feel. If this is your first visit to Oahu and you are unsure of where to stay give me a call and I'll do my best to help you land in the right place. Mahalo and Aloha, JanDavis@me.com 808-222-6142
Why the Owner Chose Diamond Head:
There is no nicer place on earth than the Oahu Gold Coast with the Pacific Ocean, Kapiolani Park and Diamond Head Crater all at your doorstep. This is a neighborhood with a real community feel. People use the park for family picnics and daily exercise like Tai Chi and Yoga. There are only three hotels in this area and about half of the Diamond Head Beach Hotel building is residential, which contributes significantly to the quiet, neighborhood feel. The weather is generally 80 degrees, the ocean is clear and inviting, the trade winds gently blow, and the local cultural & ethnic diversity is enviable. Where else can you have all of that and still be in the safety of the United States with immense military presence?
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS Leave your cares and car at home. Take the elevator to the ocean and enjoy a soft salt-water dip in a calm clear blue ocean. Renew your commitment to health with a walk around Kapiolani Park. Or hike to the top of Diamond Head Crater for a breath taking view of Waikiki and Honolulu. Relax in the shade of a giant banyan tree with gentle trades and the mesmerizing ebb and flow of the Pacific ocean. Walk to the Waikiki Aquarium, the Honolulu Zoo or the International Market Place in Waikiki. Savor the flavors of excellent food and fine dining in our ocean front neighborhood restaurants.
