We were in Denver for my husband to attend a conference, and we made it into a family trip. The location of the house was great for my husband to walk 10 minutes to the light rail station, and then he got dropped off right at the convention center downtown. There were great parks within walking distance of the house, the neighbors were friendly, the neighborhood was clean, and there were a lot of conveniences nearby (grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, etc). The house was clean, and quite nice, and had everything we could possibly need. We appreciated that there were some items supplied to help clean up after the dogs, as well as some items for our kiddo (booster seat, plastic bowls/cups, etc). The street parking was never an issue (and we have a 3/4 ton truck). We would definitely try to rent this home again, as well as recommend it!

We just got home from a weeklong Christmas visit in Denver. We had a great time visiting family and friends, and it was so comforting to have "our" house on Clarkson as a base! We have stayed here multiple times, and always look forward to a house that is fully stocked and comfortable. That was especially nice during the holidays, as I was able to do some cooking and bring things to various dinners/celebrations. The owners make sure everything is in good shape upon arrival...we even had our sidewalks and porch shoveled from the white Christmas snow, before we had a chance to do it! We look forward to returning in 2013!

We enjoyed staying at this wonderful little house while visiting our grown children during Thanksgiving. It was very clean, comfortable and cozy and made for a very positive experience. The neighborhood is great with good access to local restaurants, shops and public parks. Very good location to access the greater metro area as well. Owner greeted us upon our arrival and was very helpful yet very sensitive to our privacy. We would definately return and recommend this to anybody. It was also a great experience for our 6 year old golden lab charlie.

Rented this darling house because we were getting new hardwood floors and needed to vacate for a few days. Liked the location because we could go back and forth and check on the progress of the floors. Everything was perfect, clean, organized. Little touches like a bottle of wine waiting for us, night light in the bathroom, Scotch tape on the desk. Fully stocked kitchen, pantry, towels and linens. Owners live next door and that was a definite plus. Very nice people and very helpful. All the comforts of home and then some! Pet friendly. Nice neighborhood to walk the dog. Will definitely recommend this rental home to friends and relatives.

This was our second stay at this home and we love it here. I told Deb and Dan that I wish I could just live here and not go home! There is nothing we needed to bring for a month's stay except our clothes and laptop (which I could use while sitting in the charming fenced-in backyard at the umbrella table while my little dog explored). We were even invited to use the herbs and vegetables growing in the backyard. I, too, have stayed in many vrbo homes and have never seen one stocked so completely, right down to the lemon juicer. I loved walking the area with my dog. Pearl Street is only two blocks away with lots of unique shops and restaurants. The location is close to the downtown area and still takes only a few minutes until you are in the mountains. I hesitate in a way to give this house a great review because I realize it will be harder for us to rent it in the future, which we intend to do. But Deb and Dan deserve the "excellent" rating.

The 1910 bungalow was one of the most enjoyable places we have rented. My husband and I stayed four nights with our dog. Our son stayed with us a few nights while he got moved in his place at DU. The description is very accurate. The house is immaculate and had plenty of room, beds were comfortable and the back yard was wonderful. We have been to Denver many times and fell in love with the Pearl Street neighborhood and all it has to offer. It was also helpful having the owners next door. I already have recommended the property to friends and hope to stay again on another visit.

We recently relocated from Denver to Florida and returned for a family wedding. We travel with our two small dogs. You cannot go wrong with this rental. The location is great for walking the dogs, shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the backyard, as the dogs could run around off leash, grilling dinner and visits with family. Deb was great showing us everything in the house and the gift of a bottle of wine after three days on the road was heavenly sent! We hope to return again next summer!

I stayed for five weeks with my little Yorkie, and could have easily spent the rest of the summer in this cozy little bungalow. From my arrival to departure I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Deb and Dan are the most gracious hosts, from the bottle of wine upon arrival to the fresh produce growing in the lovely back yard. Being a single lady traveler, I especially appreciated the comfortable and safe feeling of the neighborhood. Friendly neighbors, great shopping, and a beautiful park nearby. I'll definitely return next summer.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Deb and Dan's rental home while attending the Annual Steel Drum Workshop at Denver University. The home is on a quiet, tree lined street and was just a short drive to the College. Although we would have liked to have spent more time at the house, the time spent there was a wonderful respite with tasteful decor and comfortable furniture. Deb had a chilled bottle of wine for us on arrival and a map detailing local grocery stores and restaurants. I've rented many homes through VRBO and Deb and Dan's kitchen was by far the best equipped. From dishes, to cutlery, to spices for cooking, they had it all. During our week's stay, their home felt like our home and I'd love to rent from them again.

We stayed the month of June in this rental to visit our son and family. It was a great experience...so close to good restaurants (Park Burger was our favorite) and shops on Pearl Street. The house has everything you need and more for a comfortable visit. We were there at a hot time ( 100 +) and were always comfortable. Deb and Dan are great hosts. This house is very easy to navigate from to get anyplace in Denver and the area. We plan to return!

This house and neighborhood was great. I was there with my two dogs and they enjoyed running without their leashes in the backyard. The house was in great shape and stock with everything you could possibly used. Deb was extremely helpful and very nice. You will love her. The neighbors are just as nice as well. I come to Denver alot and found out, with my GPS, that my favorite stores on Hampden was close to the house. When you get there and rested up go exploring. You will see just how close stores are to you plus the restaurants. You can't go wrong in renting this house and I will be back again.

My husband and I stayed here for 8 days over Thanksgiving while visiting our son. It was the perfect place for us. Within just a few minutes we could be at the Cherry Creek shopping center and some wonderful restaurants and parks. Our little dog loved the fenced-in backyard where he could run around without being on his leash. The owners made sure we had everything we could want. We have already made a reservation during warm weather so we will be able to enjoy the lovely backyard and grill out. Thank you Deb and Dan for taking such good care of us.

We have used VRBO and Homeaway almost exclusively for our housing while traveling the past 5-6 years. This is a great little home, very comfortable and very well equipped with everything you need. We are not overly familiar with Denver yet found the location very easy to navigate to and from with great dining and shopping only minutes away. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Denver area. Kim & Jeanne

We were impressed with the personalization that Deb puts into each guest. We have two babies under 3, and she had a pack & play and a booster chair all set up for us upon arrival. The house was neat and clean, with only a few things that needed to be put up higher for small children (very minor!) We LOVE the south Wash Park neighborhood, and found our stay to be very plesant.

Stayed here for a conference in Denver and what a wonderful alternative to a hotel. It is well stocked, CLEAN, and situated in a quaint, safe neighborhood. We walked everywhere! Farmers Market on Sunday morning, restaurants in the evening, and to the parks (yes....parks in walking distance) for the dog. Another bonus is its close proximity to I-25 when we did need to drive somewhere. Our next trip to the Denver area will certainly include a return stay.

The house is very comfortable and very well appointed. It's in a quiet and very "walkable" neighborhood. I enjoyed seeing all the neighborhood gardens in bloom as I walked to Washington Park each morning. Close to restaruants and entrance to I 25 (but not too close as to be a noise factor). A short drive to Cheery Creek Mall. Had breakfast each morning at the umbrella table on the patio. Would definitely recommend.

We recently stayed here for our Daughters graduation from the University of Denver. It is in a nice, quite neighborhood, extremely clean and well appointed home. The patio out back was fantastic for having a glass of wine and relaxing. The owners were great and made sure that we knew where the home was, how to get in, how to use everything and generally how to feel right at home. There are some great little places very close, over on Pearl Street for dining and Washington Park with great running/bike paths is close by as well. This part of Denver is close to a lot of fun little districts for dining and shopping and it has easy access to the freeway if you want to head out to Red Rocks, or the Mountains. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a relaxing, comfortable place.

We came to see our son at DU and found the ideal place to stay. The information about the house and the area was promising - and true! The house in a very quiet street made us feel comfortable and very independent, the university campus is in walking distance or just three minutes away by car so our son could quickly come over after class. We enjoyed long walks in Wash Park and went on trips around Denver - the Interstates and all main roads are easily accessible. We really recommend this house and will rent it again in 2013.

We love to cook and the house was fully equipped with every utensil you could need- even had organic spices in the cabinets! Beds were very comfortable, and the owners were very nice- shoveled our walkway before we even awoke in the mornings! We easily took light rail to pepsi center and downtown several times- station is about 6 blocks away. Ideal location, quiet single family neighborhood near I25, wash park, broadway, and it didn't bother us to be a little further from downtown dice we had out car- also an easy 1 hr drive to the mtns for skiing!!

The owners are great to work with and the neighbors were very helpful also. The house was very comfortable and the pictures and description of the house were very accurate. The three of us loved the neighborhood. We went walking every day and really enjoyed the sights and sounds of the area. We used the light rail quite often. It was an easy walk away. The Denver area has so much to offer and this house is in an ideal location to take advantage of all that Denver has to offer. We can highly recommend this house. The landlords were fantastic in helping us with what we needed and orienting us to Denver (we had never been before). The house is nicely decorated and I especially loved the bed linens! The two boys stayed in the 2nd bedroom, one in the bed and the other in a pack 'n play that the owners had. The neighborhood is great. Quiet, residential. We could walk to a cafe and a few shops. We first tried home rental last year in Paris and Florence. This was the first time we tried home rental in the States. We are sold on home rental. With two teenage children, it makes for a much more enjoyable vacation. Everyone has space. This made for a very enjoyable stay. The four of us stayed in this well maintained and clean home located in a lovely and safe neighborhood in mid-August, 2010. We prefer one level homes, and appreciated not having stairs to go up and down. We found it very easy to get to, as it is near highways. The entire neighborhood is attractive with lots of flowers and landscaping. Grocery, drug stores and trendy restaurants are nearby. Very convenient. We enjoyed the Indian restaturant on Pearl Street. We heard the Sushi Den is one of the best in the country. The backyard has a patio with an umbrella table, chairs and flower pots; perfect for relaxing with coffee in the morning and with wine in the evening. The front porch has a chair to sit in to relax and watch the world go by. The beds are unbelievably comfortable. The bed linens are luxurious. We enjoyed all the home had to offer. This home has many extras that are not expected in a rental. We used the wireless throughout the home for our laptops. With two kids in tow and coming off a National Parks trip, the extra large size washer and dryer were super. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and highly recommend this property.

My daughter, two grandsons, and I stayed here for a week in August 2010. The home is meticulously maintained, homey, and very tastefully furnished. The beds were comfortable with good quality linens, the kitchen was stocked with everything we could need, the patio and back yard were inviting and restful. My daughter laundered the boys' clothes in the nice utility room. The neighborhood is charming with walkers and bikers throughout the day and evening. We walked to restaurants. Grocery store, movie theatres, light rail, and several beautiful parks are within minutes by car (some smaller parks within walking distance). The owners were very helpful. We look forward to staying here at a future visit.

Spent a week here over the summer, the owners live close by and are thoughtful and considerate. 2 good sized bedrooms and a great back patio for the evenings. Close to I-25 and I-85 and within walking distance of a street of unique shops and restaurants. Don't miss the Sunday morning farmers market on Pearl street to stock up for the week.

This cozy little house is fully equipped and very nicely appointed, with super comfortable beds and a great backyard. It is ideally located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants on South Pearl Street as well as to local bus and light rail stops. The owners were attentive and responsive to our every request. It was a perfect 5 week stay for us and we highly recommend this property.

My family stayed in this house for 2 months in between moves. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend it to anyone. The home was well kept and very well appointed, with just about everything you could imagine needing for a short or long stay. The furnishings were clean and appeared to be very recently updated, and gave the place a comfortable, homey feel. The neighborhood is nice, safe, and very walkable; located in close proximity to restaurants and a light rail station. All of the neighbors were quite friendly. Again, we would not hesitate recommending to others.
