Year Purchased: 1971
White Sands Negril is a family owned and operated resort. The family lives on property and we get to know each of our guests during their stay. Our villa is a separate house with its own pool and yard, but it is part of our overall property. The villa guests enjoy all the conveniences of our regular hotel guests.
Why the Owner Chose Negril
The family bought the original piece of land in 1971 and started with 4 simple Apartments. The property has developed over the years and it now has 45 rooms and 1 villa. The owners chose to buy on the beach because the Negril beach is one of the most beautiful and unique in the Caribbean.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
The villa guests enjoy all the privileges that our regular hotel guests receive. i.e. our front desk will answer any questions, villa guests can book tours through the front desk, they can run a tab for our bar and grill. It is unique because unlike many villa guests who are isolated in the villa, our villa guests are a part of our community of guests at White Sands. So they get to enjoy their privacy in their own villa, but can easily find staff and the owners to ask any questions and assist in any way they need.
