Thank you for sharing your condo with us for our Christmas getaway this year! This owner is one of the best I've dealt w/in years & not hestitant to answer questions you may have before checking into the unit. The unit is a perfect location for visiting Pier Park & other attractions. Also, the 7th floor is at a great level to view the beach, pool & hot tub. The decor is absolutely gorgeous, also! Another plus is that one of the reserved parking spaces is almost directly across from the entrance & elevators. Easy to get your 'junk' to the elevator--would have been nice to have some luggage carts but on check out the office got us a grocery cart, which was terrific! Thanks, again for making our Christmas of 2011! HAPPY NEW YEAR! :)

This unit was clean, spacious and beautiful!!! I liked it that the unit is at the 6th floor, high enough to get great views from the balcony while eating breakfast or just hanging out; but not too high that I get dizzy looking down! The owner was very easy to work with and had made herself available to get in contact with whenever I had a question. The kids had awesome time swimming in the pools and had enjoyed the beach. We saw dolphins and a sea turtle while parasailing! Only complaint was that there was an overproduction of algae at the time so we stayed in the pools most of the time. Thanks again for sharing your home!

Our family had a great stay at the Ocean Reef.The condo was very nice and had every thing we needed.The location is GREAT for kids.Its located directly across the street from Hidden Laggon park and a cafe that serves breakfast and donuts!I highly recommend this unit.

We stayed in this unit last September and LOVED it! After reading the poor review someone had written I had to comment how that person could not be more incorrect regarding the owner. We found the owner very easy to communicate with and we will be booking this same unit again if available when we decide on our dates. I am so sorry to hear that a tenant trashed her unit by smoking when it clearly states in the contract NO SMOKING. Some people are just very bitter people and you cannot do anything to please them. This unit is very nice!!!!!!

I RECENTLY STAYED IN THIS CONDO AND I FOUND THE UNIT TO BE REALLY COMFORTABLE. I LIKE THE FACT THAT IT WAS ON THE 5TH FLOOR FOR ME AND MY WIFE SINCE WE BOTH HAVE BAD FEET AND DIDN'T HAVE TO WALK TOO FAR TO GET TO THE UNIT. THE GYM AND SAUNA RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO THE CONDO WAS A PLUS! THE OCEAN VIEWS FROM THE DECK WERE AMAZING. THE HEATED INDOOR POOL PLUS THE JACUZZI AND OLYMPIC SIZE POOL OUTDOORS WERE GREAT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO AND LOOK FORWARD TO COMING BACK NEXT YEAR!

We had such a great time in this condo. The location is perfect; there are a ton of amenities, and the condo itself is fully furnished. We did not have to worry about a thing. The unit felt like home. I will definitely be returning.

We booked our winter vacation from december 15 untill februar 1, 2011.After spending 8 winters in florida this has been the worse experience. The lay out and furniture in the condo where great, but that is where it stops, Dirty carpet, your could write your name on any piece of furniture. Electronics, what electroncs every thing totaly out dated, remote's in bedroom would not work, dispite buying new batteries, the phone was a partyline for which we paid half the cost of instalation, so be aware there may not be a phone. It truly is a shame that either the owner does not care (absentee owner) or the houekeeper lets it go. "NOT RECMMENDED" and by the way I am not happy Bob, that was printed in automaticly when I completed the review

Owner response:It is very sad when you go out of your way to help someone and then they turn it against you. This too has been the worst experience I have ever had with a guest in my condo. My condo now wreaks of cigarette smell! Never in the whole year of doing rentals have I ever experienced something like this. I now have had to pay a lot of money to steam clean my furniture, dry clean all my bedroom linen, dry clean all the curtains in all the rooms, steam clean the carpets and lastly have all the walls repainted just to get rid of this smell. From the very beginning I should have thought twice before renting to this guest. He only wanted to pay in cash (now I understand why because they smoked). I put in a phone line just for him because he wanted to have contact with his family and I now have to pay for a full year of this phone service which cost over $300 along with the installation cost, yet he only had to pay $50 towards this cost. I was never even told that there was a problem with the phone which I had installed specifically for him! I could go on and on with the problems I have had with this guest but ultimately in the end, I realize that there’s not much I can do for someone like that. I too am not happy about this experience but I realize that all guests are not the same and I know in the end I will have better experiences than this.
