Our 3 months have gone by quickly and we have loved every minute. We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Everything was as presented on the Homeaway site. The condo is furnished with stylish and comfy furniture and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking a full turkey dinner for Christmas. The dining room is spacious and the designer dishes and cutlery added a festive air. Of course it was very clean and lots of towels for the pool which is to die for. Disney is close by as well as any restaurant you can imagine. Mary and her property managers were easy to access with any questions we had and answers to our satisfaction . We have already booked this condo for 4 months next winter and are looking forward to coming back to our HomeAway-from-home!! Leo & Pat Ontario, Canada

This was a great vacation home!!! Just as described... Really close to the action. Everything was excelent. Mary was so kind and responded quickly to every doubt we had. My family and friends (we where a total of 8 = 4 adults + 3 kids + 1 toddler) were delighted with this townhouse; it has a great decoration and is so comfortable. And the ammenities were a big plus: pool and clubhouse. We didn't want to leave!!! We'll be back for sure!!!

My family stayed there for 4 nights to see Legoland ,which just opened in October and Harry potter at Island of Adventure during Thanksgiving holidays. The location of this house was perfect for access for those. I cooked for my family to celebrate holiday as a my vesrion of holiday dinner. I didn't have any difficulty to cook in this kitchen. The owner set the plates for us on the dinning table on the day we arrived. It made us feel welcoming. Everybody was happy there. Thanks for everything you prepared for us.

This is a wonderfull townhouse,super clean, very spacious, exceptionnal furniture, flat screen t.v. in every room, very well equipped kitchen. Located in a gated community and a quiet neighbourhood, near restaurants and Disney. Had a lovely time. Highly recommended rental. The owners are very nice and friendly.

My family recently returned from a two seek stay in Orlando. We had a fabulous time! The condo was so comfortable and clean, and close to everything we wanted to do. I booked our stay almost a year in advance, and Mary was always a pleasure to deal with, and very prompt in her responses. Once we arrived at the condo, we were in contact with the caretaker, Denise, who was also very helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend this condo and Mary to anyone! Samantha Steinbeck

Four Month Rental

We rented this property from December, 2010 through March, 2011. The property itself is a very nice townhouse with lots of room, a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen televisions in Master and LR, the bedrooms were a nice size and the MB ensuite was large and beautiful. Other amenities include unlimited long distance anywhere in North American and high speed internet in the unit. Our most favorite spot was the large screened lanai where we had breakfast and lunch most days. It has sun from dawn until early afternoon. On hot days it was great to find shade there in the afternoons/ early evenings. Mary was terrific to deal with. The community itself is gated with a passkey to enter. Those living there are a mixture of owners, short term renters and long term renters (local Floridians). Many of the locals are Spanish speaking, many owners/ short term renters are from Canada, Europe (particularly Scandinavia) and Northern USA. This makes for a truly international feel to the place. The pool is large and the pool area is very nice. We used the fitness center most mornings. It was adequate but much of the fitness equipment needed servicing. The community is close to everything Central Florida has to offer. Overall this was a very good experience for us.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Hello Mary, We enjoyed our stay in your home. The accommodation is wonderful and situated near a wallmart. Nice beds, nice pool, also where our kids enjoyed their stay and not far from all the disney-parks. And, last but not least, you can learn to fly in Kissimee. Of course we also went to the Florida-Mall (good food they serve there in different restaurants on a square). We had a very nice holiday and we thank you for your nice support. This was the first time my family has rented a home on vacation and the experience was wonderful. Mary is an excellent person to conduct business with. She is ready available with any questions you may have. She is very easy to work with and our deposit was returned promptly upon leaving. The property is exactly as described in her ad. I would like to thank Mary for the amazing customer service she provided and the absolutely immaculate home. All the furniture, appliances, TV's, linens etc were all brand new. Everything was well kept and having the opportunity to call home to Canada FREE of charge was another HUGE plus!!! We did not have to worry about long distance charges on our cell phone which was wonderful. The satelite TV had more than enough channels then we could ever watch and the WIFI worked perfectly. It was great to have an entire home (2 floors) for what we would have paid for a tiny hotel room. I will NEVER rent another hotel again. The proximity to the pool of this townhome compared to some others in the complex was another bonus. This home is less then 2 minutes to the pool. It was close enough that we were able to leave our teenagers by the pool while we went to prepeare meals. You do not have to worry about safety in this complex. The gated entrance was superb. We can hardly wait for our next trip to Orlando - Mary we will surely call you again! Thanks again for all your help and your beautiful home. John Ontario, Canada

Hi Mary, We had great time in your town house for a week. House was very clean, Furniture/TV/all appliances are new, and sufficent linens are provided. All of our group were happy to stay there. The townhouse was accurately described, very spacious, clean and very well equipped. It is very close to Disney parks, great pool, tennis court and kids playground. I was looking for a townhouse in the same development and could not even get in contact with any of the owners by phone, this was the only owner that was easily accessible and very helpful. I would recommend this to any group needing a great place to stay in Orlando. Families can save a bundle because the kitchen is fully equipped and there is a supermarket very close by (Walmart). Security deposit was returned promptly. All and all great place to stay, it was like having a large house to stay in instead of a hotel.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
