  We stayed at the Jerry and Carols and it was absolutely fantastic. The house was very clean, close to the beach and very convenient to all shopping areas.

  Charming Captain's home with wide plank flooring and large rooms. Home is well maintained and very clean. Easy walking to beautiful sound beach. Great neighborhood with restaurants etc in walking distance. Home is large enough for a large family but yet cozy for a couple to enjoy.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We had a wonderful time at this historic home! There were only 4 adults, so we had plenty of sleeping and bathroom options, and the modern kitchen was a real plus. The location was great for us--an easy walk to the beach for a morning stroll; and then an hour or less to anywhere on the Cape we wanted to go. The added bonus of a small gourmet restaurant right next door, and the town of Chatham just minutes away with great shops and restaurants. After a day of exploring , it was nice to put our feet up and relax in the evening watching TV or hooking up to the internet. We had a great time and definitely would recommend this home to anyone looking to rent on the Cape.

  I have stayed at this house several times, the last with my husband, brother and sister-in-law. I would definitely recommend it to anyone! The house is attractive, comfortable,extremely clean, and has all the amenities you would want. The owners are very nice and eager to make your stay a good one. Chatham is my favorite town on the Cape. It is only a few minutes drive away, and it is easy and pleasant to walk to a lovely beach. There is a very good restaurant right next door, and a great coffe shop, soon to be a lunch and dinner spot across the street. Because Chatham sits at the elbow of the Cape, it is a good spot from which to explore the rest of the Cape .

  The family had the most wonderful time at your home! The bedrooms were perfect for our four family configuration. The suite over the living room for my sisters son, daughter in law and their three children; the downstairs bedroom for my daughter and son in law, the upstairs double for my son and daughter in law and their infant and the twin room for my sister and me. We found the living room comfortable, the kitchen perfect for several cooks working together, the porch perfect for family meals and the hammock wonderful for young and old. My four year old granddaughters favorite part of the week was swinging on the hammock with her cousins. She will remember those rides long after she forgets the whales we saw, the swimming, the shell collecting and the rest that filled our week. We feel very fortunate that we found you on VRBO, and we will highly recommend the Nantucket House

  This property is perfect for large groups and a great value for the price. With so many bedrooms--and especially bathrooms--our party of 10 adults and one child could easily hang out together or have our own space. The yard and deck are wonderful, and it was such an immense bonus to be able to have our dogs with us. And being within easy walking distance to a beach was awesome. The beach is good for little kids--small and calm, although there were a lot of rocks and seaweed while we were there. And if you are there near July 4, the neighborhood fireworks were spectacular!! The only major drawback of the property is the corner on which it's located is loud (lots of traffic noise). But between the ample room, five bathrooms, beach proximity, and pet-friendliness, it's a great place to stay in the heart of the Cape.

  My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in Chatham this summer. The home is lovingly maintained with many special features: sky lights, beautiful pumpkin board floors, outdoor shower, fenced backyard, flower garden, shed for bikes, lovely deck & grill, across the street from a fantastic coffee shop, short bike ride or walk to beach (with marsh-side dog path, good place to fly kites and paddle kayaks), and easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail (bike path). The property was extremely clean with nice linens and furnishings. The kids loved the secret back staircase! We will definately return. This is the perfect property for 2 families to share, or 3 or 4 couples.

  My family has had the pleasure of staying at this home both when it was a B&B and now, as rental. It is fantastic for extended families with plenty of space and still maintains all of the wonderful qualities of a quaint B&B. All of the ammenities you could ever need are available to you. There is a great yard with deck and the outside shower is fantastic. It's close to the beach, has easy access to the center of Chatham and the central location on the Cape makes it easy for day trips. The owners take great care in making sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Every year we wait anxiously for our summer vacation at this great home!
