  Comfortable garden apartment in 2-unit guest cottage in quiet and safe Victoria Park. It's a well-furnished 1-bedroom that's within walking-distance of Las Olas and downtown Fort Lauderdale. I enjoyed the quiet and the 'palm frond' view. Hoping to return. Robert in DC

  I love to walk so this property was perfect for me. Movies, Las Olas shopping area, food markets and the beach are all within walking distance. The beach is about 2 miles by foot but it so pleasurable a stroll that it seems shorter. You can always take the bus, Sun Trolly or your car. Larry, the owner, is the most pleasant and helpful person you will ever rent from. He will deal with any concerns you may have politely, professionally and quickly.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  THE PICTURE DID NOT DO IT JUSTICE THE COTTAGE WAS CLEAN AND DECORATED IN A MOTIF THAT WENT ALONG PERFECTLY WITH THE GARDENS. WHAT A GREAT LOCTION FOR WALKING THE DOGS .IT REALLY WAS DOG FRIENDLY. LARRY THE OWNER WAS THERE TO GREET US AND SHOW US AROUND AND WAS HELPFUL AND VERY FRINDLY. MY FRIENDS WHO VISITED ME HAVE SHOWN INTEREST IN RENTING FOR THEIR GUESTS,WHO VISIT.. A GREAT EXPERIENCE A LOVELY PLACE TO INVITE MY GUESTS FOR DINNER DINED ON LOS OLAS AT LA BONNE CREPE WENT TO THE GALLERA FOR LUNCH SEASONS 52 AND THE CAPITOL GRILL.LOVE EL MOLINOS ON SUNRISE .

  We recently stayed a week at the cottage in Victoria's Park. We had to move our daughter into her dorm and the Cottage provided a home away from home during this process. The cottage was lovely and provided us with everything we could need. My absolute favorite part was the outside patio and gardens. VERY ZEN! So relaxing and soothing to be surrounded by such peaceful beauty! Thank you for the wonderful experience! We would definitely come back and stay again!

  The cottage had everything you could need , no running to the store. Super comfortable -(best i slept in years). Convienient to the beach, restaurants and stores. Great place to stay.

  Me and my wife came from Finland for honeymoon and spent 10 days in the tree-house chalet. The interior and the whole property was VERY cozy and nice and although we were away quite a lot exploring the southern Florida, it was always a pleasure to come back and relax in the chalet. Larry was also a good host and kind enough to let us check-in almost in the middle of the night. Highly recommended!

  What I found was exactly how the Zen chalet was described on the website. The gardens were beautiful and peaceful and the chalet was cosy and very well equipped. Its in a great location for the shops, the beach is walkable although the bike makes it very easy. The arrival and spa packs were a great surprise and made it feel like a real home from home. Larry, the owner, was very helpful through the booking and checking in process, clearly caring for his properties. The chalet is perfect for couples and the nearby cottage which shares the grounds would be perfect for larger groups.

  I was very lucky to be in the right place at the right time - Voila! I love my tree house so much I'll be back year after year. It is a tiny gem, clean & beautifully maintained. A wonderful find, a wonderful time in Ft. Lauderdale, Victoria Park. Perfect for a single person, a young couple, even with a dog. Walk to beachbeach, park & lively Las Olas Blvd. Great landlord - very responsive.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  We thought the Victoria Park Rainforest Cottage fit our needs perfectly. It is charming and has been well cared for. It is convenient to Ft. Lauderdale's best restaurants and had all the necessary kitchenware for entertaining guests. The owner couldn't have been more accommodating or easy to work with. We plan on staying there whenever we visit Ft. Lauderdale and have recommended it to our friends.
