Wonderful Winter Park two bedroom, brand new high end remodel, set in the trees at Beaver Village. Second floor end unit with picture window. Come enjoy Colorado in any season and be close to everything. 10 Minute walk to restaurants and shopping in downtown Winter Park and 10 minutes to Colorado's Favorite Ski Area. Both the town shuttle and Beaver Village's own private shuttle stop right outside our unit making transportation to the ski area easy and free.
Our unit has everything you need to be comfortable and content. Recently remodeled top to bottom with new bathrooms, kitchen, furniture, flooring and appliances this unit is one of the nicest units in Beaver Village. It has a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, color cable TV and DVD player in the living room, a pullout sofa sleeper and a second TV in the master bedroom. One of the only units left with an actual wood burning fireplace, wood provided. We now have free high-speed wireless internet in our complex and free long distance (within the US)on our phone so bring your laptop if you'd like.

Why the Owner Chose Beaver Village
I bought this condo right before Intrawest took over management of the mountain and I've been delighted with the improvements they've made to both the base area and the layout of the mountain. I bought the condo to avoid the traffic on I-70, but have found Winter Park to be a great compliment to living in Boulder. It's nice to be able to escape to the mountains yet still be close to home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I love being able to walk to the downtown Winter Park area and the recent improvements to the pool and hot tubs has been great for spending time with my daughter. We also enjoy being able to access the mountain via the free shuttle without having to drive and park at the base area. The convenience to both the town of Winter Park and the ski area is unmatched.
Owner's Map of Beaver Village
I grew up outside of Chicago and was hooked on the Colorado mountains the very first time I skied at Winter Park in High School. After moving to Colorado in 1998 I started skiing Winter Park/ Mary Jane on a regular basis and decided that I needed a permanent place to stay in the mountains. I regularly ski 40-50 days a year with 95% of those being at Mary Jane. Recently I've been enjoying teaching my 4 year old daughter to become a ski bum as well. She started before she was 2 1/2 and has become quite the little ripper.

We had such a wonderful experience. The condo was fully equipped for our dinner party, but when we realized we were walking distance to the best restaurant in town, we decided not to cook! Everything was so convienent, from the access to the mountain to the town of Winter Park. I can see how this is a summer AND Winter haven!! Can't wait to return Thanks

The serenity and comfort of this condo is why I keep going back. The added convenience of it's great location makes it easy to enjoy all that Winter Park has to offer, while the condo makes me feel right at home. Looking forward to returning in 2004!

Have stayed here multiple times - love it! Nice space, great view, and very peaceful! This is a corner condo which is an added plus. The location is awesome - can walk to everything in Winter Park and bus to WP and the Jane picks up at the condos.

Amazingly Beautiful! The condo was fantastic. The fireplace added the warmth we needed after a day on the trails. We loved being able to walk to all of the restaurants and bars! We'll be back to hit the slopes!!!
