We chose Tamarindo for a variety of reasons as it lends itself to a great launching pad for a variety of day trips to National Parks, the Arenal Volcano, Tabacon Hot Springs, great golf courses, zip lining, as well world famous surfing. The town of Tamarindo is home to more than 30 restaurants and shopping and is a 10 minute stroll along the beach.
