  Hi, my husband and I stayed at the HP last year, and this year, in properties either owned or managed by Kathy. We enjoyed it immensely in 2012, so chose to go again in February. The HP is on the most beautiful beach on Oahu, with the most breathtaking view from the lanai(s) that one could experience. There were whale sightings galore, turtles swimming by in the shallows, and one day a monk seal chose our beach to rest (endangered species). It was encircled by a protective barrier with a sign stating "if you can read this sign you are too close". The suites are beautiful, clean, and with all amenities one could ask for. Kathy was extremely helpful, and we would not hesitate to recommend this property to our friends and relatives. Thank you!

  Away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu and Waikiki - this is a good thing. The condo was lovely and provided all amenities required. The beach is beautiful - big waves too. We saw lots of whales and some turtles. Had a wonderful time. Mahalo to the owner for answering my many questions. Not alot of restaurants nearby, but it didn't matter since we cooked in most nights - didn't want to miss the beautiful sunsets. Would recommend this to anyone interested in staying away from Honolulu. It was perfect!

  It’s always nerve racking trying to find the perfect condo for vacation. If you love being footsteps from a beautiful, uncrowded beach and don’t mind being away from the hustle and bustle of the city and night life, this is the perfect condo for you. The condo is exactly as you see in the pictures. It has all of the amenities you can ask for; Updated, stainless steel appliances including a high-end washer and dryer; king size bed with memory foam mattress; high top table and chairs on the lanai, perfect fro morning coffee and viewing those amazing Hawai’i sunsets; bamboo floors throughout; granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom; and of course the eclectic details Kathy has ingeniously placed throughout the condo to make you feel like this is your second home in Hawai’i. And I can not say enough about the view. WOW. When you open the door to the condo, you can’t help but drop your bags instantly and walk out onto the lanai and see the ocean only feet away from the building. And the beach is actually a cove with it’s own reef! It’s great for snorkeling and viewing the turtles that feed off of the cove daily! Many reviews express concerns about security of the area, condo, and being bothered by the “tent cities” that are present in this area. The area is residential and considered a “poorer” area of the island, but I’ve seen much poorer around the capital of my state. We did see a few tent cities, but we actually had to seek them out to find them. We never felt unsafe in the city or at the condo at any time. The condo itself is gated and you must have a pass to enter the gate. The security and condo staff were very friendly and always present every time we walked up to the elevator. We loved our stay in Kathy’s condo and if we ever have the opportunity to visit Oahu again, we will definitely seek out one of her units. She is very easy to work with. All paperwork and payment transactions went smoothly. Like I said before, if you love seclusion and true condo life, this is the place for you. If you can handle renting a car and driving to Wakiki a couple times during your stay, this is perfect. This condo is high-class for an affordable price.

  Paradise in Hawaiian Princess It was first time for our family to stay in Hawaiian Princess and we loved every minute of our stay. The owner was very responsible and responsive to help with everything we needed during stay. Very simple payment method by credit card, that’s makes life easier. The building was very clean, well organized and maintained as well as wonderful and very helpful staff members. Breathtaking views from the very clean and equipped apartment that makes you feel you are at home. Very quiet area close to fast foods or food markets for the ones that are planning to cook at home, and 15 to 20 minutes drive to nicest restaurants. Wonderful beach that for one moment makes you feel that you are swimming in Adriatic Sea. Enjoy the beach the presence of lots of exotic fish, dolphins, sea lions and sea turtles at Hawaiian Princess. I would recommend it to friends and family and planning to go back soon.

  This condo was fantastic. It's the first time everything described in the advertising was actually true. It is right on a very beautiful stretch of beach. My husband and I were looking for a less hectic, private get-away, and found it. The condo was very clean and well maintained with all the comforts of home. There are grocery stores nearby so we chose not to frequent restaurants but do light cooking or pick up carryout. We just enjoyed staying at the resort. It provided the R&R we needed.

  My husband and I rented this unit for a week in April 2010 and LOVED IT. Usually when we vacation we dont feel comfortable but this place felt like home. The unit was equiped with everything we needed. Our only complaint was we spent too much time doing the tourist attractions and didnt get to spend as much time as we would have liked on that beach. We definately plan to go back to Oahu (since we dont need to do the tourist things again) and would love the chance to stay in this unit again. We loved that it was away from the bustle of Honolulu and was so safe, peaceful and relaxing. We seen whales every morning and watched turtles swim up and down the shoreline so many times they felt like pets. I would recommend this unit for sure to anyone looking for a quiet escape of a vacation. It was nice not to have to go to the beach in the morning to find a spot as there is plenty of room for everyone (unlike Waikiki...) My husband said watching the waves and the sunset was like watching a fire, you just cant take your eyes off it. Thanks again. Crystal & Geoff Alberta, Canada

  I rented the condo April 2-8, 2009 and it was fabulous. Reserving the condo was an easy process. The owners are professional as well as friendly. The space, furnishings, as well as the appliances were fantastic. It was truly my home away from home. The view from the deck is phenomenal. I definitely recommend this condo.
