    Everything in and around the house was perfect. Great location for us and convenient shopping, parks. Would recommend to anyone who would like a Gilbert neighborhood.

    This is my third year I have rent this beautiful house for more than 2 month each stay. The house is located perfectly close to everything. The house is in excellent conditions and it is very clean and all the accessories work out perfectly. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Me and my familyI will recommend this house to anyone that wants to go to Phoenix, for sure they will have a great time and they will enjoy the house. The owners of this house are excellent people and they are extreme friendly and nice.

    This property ticked all the boxes! When we first walked into the house we knew our stay was going to be great. The listing information was accurate regarding amenities, location, sights and the details of the property itself. The property was clean and the owners were responsive to all inquiries. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends or relatives.The property has a cataloque, listing activities, such as restaurants, shopping and attractions which really helps vacationers new to the area. We had our grandchildren visit us during our stay and the property suited us to a tee. The pool toys, loads of games and the bikes prevented the,"I'm bored". The final score: 10 out of 10!     The property was very enjoyable. The decor is very pleasing. The backyard facilities were fabulous. Loved the water feature. There were a lot of very thoughtful things provided---menus from local restaurants, things to do and see, etc. It was close to parks, places to walk, dine, and shop. The owner was very prompt on questions we had and provided very good information. Since we did purchase a property in the Phoenix area, we won't be renting again BUT we would definitely recommend this place to our friends. Great vacation!!

    We arrived Jan. 1, 2012 for a stay of 2 months. We enjoyed all of the comforts of home away from home. The house was very neat and clean. The decor was beautiful, just the right touch in every room. The backyard was a beautiful resort style area. The neighborhood was perfect for walking and the people were all very friendly. They even have a handyman a few houses away if you need him (which we didn't). The owners wanted everything to be perfect for us and it was. Thanks to them for a very enjoyable visit.

    Our 40 day stay at Sunny Escape was a wonderful experience. The Gilbert area is very nice and the home met our needs perfectly. We especially enjoyed the beautifully landscaped backyard and the quiet neighborhood. Brenda was very kind and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The decore of the home was tastefully done and the beds extemely comfortable. We highly recommend this home to others traveling to the Phoenix area.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

    This home has just about everything you could want. Nice pool, well equipted kitchen, and the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. We enjoyed our stay very much, and have stayed at several homes in Arizona. This one is a keeper, would like to go back. Never met the owners, but talked to them on the phone and seem to be very nice and helpful. Our security deposit was returned in less than a week. Thanks again. Tom and Mary

    This was our second stay at Sunny Escape I. Last year we stayed 6 wks, this year 3 mo. We so enjoy staying at Sunny Escape I. We feel so comfortable in this home. The home was recently recarpeted, and it is beautiful. We especially enjoy spending time in the backyard area. The location is great, near shopping and freeways. The photos accurately reflect what the property looks like. The home is clean and well maintained. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. Our favorite nearby restaurants are Oregano's, and Joe's Real Bar-be-que, located about 5 minutes from the house. The San Tan Mall is also great, if you're into shopping. We also enjoy Freestone Park, in walking distance.

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    We loved our 1-month stay at sunny escape 1. The house was beautifully furnished, very well equipped and maintained. We loved the quiet peaceful neighborhood. Not many children there, I got stuck with lots of Halloween candy, unfortunately ;-). The owners Ann and Brenda are very accomodating and really make you feel welcome. I wish we could have stayed longer.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    We loved our stay at Sunny Escape 1! Our group included My wife and I, 2- (17yr olds), and 2 (12yr olds). The house was layed out so nice with comfort and convenience in mind, and with every ammenity you could possibly need. The back yard is your own Oasis, with the pool,the waterfall, and the blue sky! The kids couldn't get enough, including us big kids.Gilbert is a quite town centrally located with all the sights and activities near by. We visited the ghost town, seen the fireworks in Tempe, traveled to the Grand Canyon, what a sight! The Arizona Diamondbacks Chase Field is only 1/2 hr away, We tubed down the Salt river, and drove to Tucson area near the Biosphere for some fine dining. A fine getaway to enjoy the fruits of your labor, We will be back, Bring your camera!

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

    "We enjoyed our 6 week stay very much. The house is beautifully decorated, and well equipped. It has a very comfortable feeling. The pool area is beautiful as well, and has everything you need. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. We loved Gilbert, AZ. We met the owners during our stay. They are two very nice couples that aim to please. We are considering returning next year, and staying longer. It was a very nice experience staying at Sunny Escape 1!!"
