Privacy, Comfort, Convenience, and Classy
This clean and spacious 4 bedrooms vacation home is located in one of the closest communies to Disney World (~12 min to Epcot Center). It is situated in a quiet neighborhood and is close to all amenities (fast foods, fine dining, groceries, outlet shopping...). Universal Studio and Sea World are only about 15 min away and Orlando Airport is just a 25 min drive.
The home has a two car garage, suitable for two families. It is a partial 2 stories building with cathedral ceiling above the spacious living room, which has a nice view of the swimming pool and lake at the rear of the property. There is a big screen plasma TV with numerous popular channels which can be enjoyed from a comfortable L-shaped sofa with a leather ottoman.
The master bedroom is on the main floor and has a king size pillow top mattress that offers a comfortable rest, especially after a long day at Disney. The room opens directly out into the swimming pool area and has a beautiful view of the pool and the lake beyond. There is a walk-in closet and a full size bathroom. High speed Internet connection is available via port connection or WiFi in this room.
The dining room also has an unobstructed view of the pool and lake and is furnished with high end furniture. A sliding door opens into the back porch and the pool. This door is equipped with safety pool alarm that warns parents when little children go into the pool area unattended. This room is connected to the kitchen, which is bright, clean and fully stocked with necessary cooking utensils.
Three more bedrooms and a bathroom are on the second floor. One is a queen room and the other is a double room. Both also have high end pillow top mattress. The third room is a colorful Disney-themed room with 2 single beds. There is an LCD TV with satellite programs. Children-unfriendly programs have been blocked from this TV for the peace of mind of parents. There is also a Sony PlayStation with over 20 games to enjoy from. Children will not find this room boring.
The swimming pool offers the ultimate in privacy and a spectacular view; it is not overlooked (high fences on both sides) and there are no neighbors at the rear of the villa, but a vast open space with a small lake in the middle.

Why the Owner Chose Montego Bay
Montego Bay community is one of the closest to Disney World which offers conveniences in terms of easy access from the airport, other major attractions (Universal Studio, Sea World), and it has HWY 192 running thorough it. This highway, which is really not a "highway" is dotted with local amenities such as fast foods, fine dining, Wal-Mart, souvenir shops and outlet malls. Because of its proximity to major highways, this location offers quick access to other attractions within 1 hour driving such as the Kennedy Space Center, beaches, air boat rides etc...
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
This villa is only steps away from the community center which has a large swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, baseball diamond and children's playground. The villa backs into an open space with a small lake that offers good fishing for fishing enthusiast. Within walking distance from the villa, one can access the multiple fast foods, coffee shops, fine dining, and shopping of Hwy 192.

When I first came to Orlando several years ago for the American Society of Hospital Pharmacist conference in December, I was instantly attracted to the city and Florida. Coming from Toronto, Canada, where winter is white, freezing cold and depressing with bare tree branches all over, the warm sunshine, multiple lakes and ponds, lush green grasses and palm trees of Central Florida were such a blessing. And it's only 2 hours flight away. I thought to myself, this is a perfect escape destination for me during the winter months. Even if it's only for a week or two, it would be enough to rejuvenate me.

Our stay was was even better than we had hoped. The listing was accurate and the photos were accurate. The house was clean and most of all Mr. Hong was very helpful when our first plans did not work out because of a family matter. I would recommend this property and Mr. Hong to anyone.

When I checked the ad for this vacation home, I was a bit apprehensive by the previous single negative review. However after speaking with the owner and viewing the video of the property, I decided to go ahead and rent it. I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. The vacation home is very clean throughout and there was not a single bug found. The pool is awesome and has a nice view of the little lake. The kitchen has everything I need and was super clean. All in all, the home is just as advertised. My family enjoyed our stay there and will definitely stay there again for our next Disney vacation. Thank you Hong for accommodating us. We loved this home it was large enough for us to all have our space yet time together loved the pool, the kids had so much fun. we loved this house and want to come back again soon and hopefully stay longer. Wonderful family home anyone would enjoy. It was more than what we imagined it would be. Loved the abundant space,the cool Pool,the bug free private patio,the comfortable beds,all the amenities such as towels,dishes,coffee maker,cooking utensils etc. Loved the lake view, fast refund of the deposit and fast response from the owner for anything. Will stay again

The home was advertised as luxurious, clean and newly renovated. It was none of those. One door had been broken into and instead of replacing it and fixing it, it was screwed and nailed in and sheetrock damage left. Edges of baseboard and around toilets and counter tops had mold and dirt. Very sloppy caulking is done around countertops, tubs and used to glue on towel bars. Tubs are old and have no plugs. Killed 8 cockroaches during our week stay. Furniture and carpet was stained. Ad said there was "over 100 channels such as Disney channel" but the only channels were QVC and other paid advertising channels for hunting and fishing all others required a private billing code. No local tv stations available. Beds are uncomfortable and resting on the floor. (not good considering the cockroaches) The dishwasher was moldy and didn't clean the dishes and some buttons on the microwave didn't work. The pool and pool area was nice. I wish I could post photos that display this more accurately. I informed the owner and sent him pictures and he just responded "sorry you feel that way. I will have property management contact you." Of course no one ever contacted me. Very disappointing.

Although we don't agree with everything you wrote, we feel it is our responsibility to take some immediate drastic measures. We've cancelled and refunded all pending bookings in the months of April and May. We've investigated the cause of this unsatisfactory review and have replaced the property management team. We've put in a lot of work to bring the villa back to standards that our previous guests have accustomed to.

My husband and two teenage children stayed at this Montego Bay Villa for 11 days over the Christmas holidays. We found the Villa to be everything as advertised and enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend the Villa and if we return to Florida in the future, would go back.

My family and I stayed at the villa for almost a week for my younger son's wedding in Kissimmee. Not only did my parents, brother, older son with his wife, and niece with her husband enjoy their stay, but we also invited the bride's parents and family over for an evening of dining and socializing. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed one another and the villa. We will definitely stay again in the future. Hong, we really appreciate your prompt replies and patience.

My family and I stayed at this villa for 10 days for our Christmas family Reunion. It was fantastic! The villa was beautiful and clean. The view of the lake was wonderful. Extremely close to Disney, Seaworld and many stores. I would definately stay here again. Hong, thank you gain, you were great.
