  My husband, son, and I stayed in this home for 11 days. We loved it. It was very clean and spacious. We had more than enough room for the three of us. My son used one of the extra rooms just to play his video games in. My son played baseball at Disney and it was less than a 15 minute drive. It is located close to shopping and restaurants. The private pool is very nice to have and is heated at night. This was a necessity since it was pretty cool at night. I enjoyed the view of the pond/lake while laying out. Mr. Hong and his property managers were very nice to deal with. I was always able to get a hold of Mr. Hong immediately when I had questions. There were a couple of problems with the internet and the garbage disposal. They were taken care of very promptly by Mr. Hong and the property managers. Thank you Mr. Hong. I really enjoyed your home and did not want to leave!! I will definitely contact you if my son comes back there next year!! :)

  This home exceeded our expectations. It is clean, affordably priced, and conveinent to the area attractions. We enjoyed the heated pool and the owner's courtesy, professionalism, and quick turn around on our deposit refund. We will definately visit again!

  Like other reviewers have already stated, I was initially concerned regarding the previous negative comment. I contacted Hong, who reassured me that remedial work had been done, and sent me updated photos and a video link. I stayed with my family, 6 of us in all, and found the house to be very spacious and comfortable. The location is great, overlooking the lake, quiet and peaceful, but within easy reach of shops, restaurants and the theme parks. The house was very clean, well presented, everything worked fine, we had no problems whilst we were there. The pool is great, it was cleaned, and due to the solar heating we had very warm water! We plan to return next Easter! thanks Hong

  My husband, myself, daughter, son-in-law, 3 grandsons stayed at the house for 5 nights and enjoyed it very much. It was comfortable and spacious and very clean. If we get to go back to Orlando, we would certainly like to stay there again. We had absolutely no complaints or problems. It was convenient to all the parks and attractions.

  Nice house very clean. Everything we need is there. Nice pool too. Very close to Disney Parks, restaurants,shopping centers.

  Our stay was was even better than we had hoped. The listing was accurate and the photos were accurate. The house was clean and most of all Mr. Hong was very helpful when our first plans did not work out because of a family matter. I would recommend this property and Mr. Hong to anyone.

  When I checked the ad for this vacation home, I was a bit apprehensive by the previous single negative review. However after speaking with the owner and viewing the video of the property, I decided to go ahead and rent it. I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. The vacation home is very clean throughout and there was not a single bug found. The pool is awesome and has a nice view of the little lake. The kitchen has everything I need and was super clean. All in all, the home is just as advertised. My family enjoyed our stay there and will definitely stay there again for our next Disney vacation. Thank you Hong for accommodating us.   We loved this home it was large enough for us to all have our space yet time together loved the pool, the kids had so much fun. we loved this house and want to come back again soon and hopefully stay longer. Wonderful family home anyone would enjoy. It was more than what we imagined it would be. Loved the abundant space,the cool Pool,the bug free private patio,the comfortable beds,all the amenities such as towels,dishes,coffee maker,cooking utensils etc. Loved the lake view, fast refund of the deposit and fast response from the owner for anything. Will stay again

  The home was advertised as luxurious, clean and newly renovated. It was none of those. One door had been broken into and instead of replacing it and fixing it, it was screwed and nailed in and sheetrock damage left. Edges of baseboard and around toilets and counter tops had mold and dirt. Very sloppy caulking is done around countertops, tubs and used to glue on towel bars. Tubs are old and have no plugs. Killed 8 cockroaches during our week stay. Furniture and carpet was stained. Ad said there was "over 100 channels such as Disney channel" but the only channels were QVC and other paid advertising channels for hunting and fishing all others required a private billing code. No local tv stations available. Beds are uncomfortable and resting on the floor. (not good considering the cockroaches) The dishwasher was moldy and didn't clean the dishes and some buttons on the microwave didn't work. The pool and pool area was nice. I wish I could post photos that display this more accurately. I informed the owner and sent him pictures and he just responded "sorry you feel that way. I will have property management contact you." Of course no one ever contacted me. Very disappointing.

  Owner response: Thank you Andrea for your honesty. It is disheartening as an owner to get this sort of review from guests. It is an absolute wake up call. Although we don't agree with everything you wrote, we feel it is our responsibility to take some immediate drastic measures. We've cancelled and refunded all pending bookings in the months of April and May. We've investigated the cause of this unsatisfactory review and have replaced the property management team. We've put in a lot of work to bring the villa back to standards that our previous guests have accustomed to.

  My husband and two teenage children stayed at this Montego Bay Villa for 11 days over the Christmas holidays. We found the Villa to be everything as advertised and enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend the Villa and if we return to Florida in the future, would go back.
