  So much to say about our wonderful stay but I don't want to bore you! We rented this house for one month and we had so much fun having family and friends visit us. The house has a great location that is convenient to the Zion and Bryce (our favorite). We loved the Green Springs golf course nearby and the proximity to Costco, Walmart, and freeway access. The weather fluctuated so we were glad to heat the pool when our grandchildren came to visit for a few days; we used the jacuzzi (seats 8) almost everyday. This is a perfect house for families with small children; they quickly found the toys under the stairs. Everyone loved the floor plan with plenty of bathrooms giving privacy to everyone. The mattresses are very comfortable but be careful of the Queen Beds because the bed frames are rickety and the slats kept falling out. I am sure the owner's will get those fixed soon. The kitchen is really well supplied with dishes, pans, utensils. The soap dispenser at the kitchen sink doesn't work (small matter) and the dishwasher only runs on "normal with heated cycle". We loved having the washing machines and dryers on both levels (be sure to leave the door open after washing in these front end washer to prevent mold build-up). Carol Hill, the owner, was very nice to work with and always returned phone calls or emails when I had concerns about (1) Is there a house key ("No", just the code on back door) and (2) is there a garage door opener (no). We eventually learned the system and they don't have to worry about renters walking off with the garage door or house key. Very clever! I have rented VRBOs for over 10 years and we can honestly say this house is one of our very favorites. And, as for Southern Utah I believe it is one of the best kept secrets in the United States as it is so beautiful. Don't wait to see this spectacular area of our great country.

  With 14 ladies, ranging in age from 55 to 80, and everyone set in their ways, this home was the perfect place to accommadate all! Everyone loved your home and was very pleased with the lovely decor, beautiful serving dishes, small appliances, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, and above all, the kindness you showed to all of us, even with all the enterruptions we gave. This beautiful home was more than expected, and we had a wonderful time! The hot tub and pool was a big hit as well. I certainly plan to use this home for a return trip to St. George. Thank you Carol.

  We loved this vacation rental! The pool was awesome, and nice that it was gated. We had kids with us and there was so much to do for them. This house is so much more spacious than we imagined. All the rooms are nice and quiet, beautifully decorated. We hope to make your place an annual/bi-annual destination.

  We had a wonderful time in St. George, partially due to our stay in this beautiful and perfectly locate house(not to mention comfortable and fun pool). The beds are so comfortable and the sheets are so nice too...pillows, etc. We met the owners and they are lovely people who really want to make sure everything is nice. We really appreciated their immediate attention to the pool because our stay was limited. Thank you. Delightful to be here - enjoyable -everything was fun. The area is so convenient. We loved the TVs and toys. Very nice stay. I wish you all the best! Thanks again

  We reserved this house to come and develop/bond as a management team. We had a wonderful trip because this house made it relaxing. We have stayed in about 5 other "Vacation Villas" as a team and had the BEST time here. This is our favorite one. Thanks for the stay, we plan on returning!

  My wife and I along with our three children (18, 16 and 11) spent three weeks in this wonderful home in July. From what we saw and heard, we were expecting a nice place, but wow, it was great! The house was very large and well equipped. We all just loved the pool and the spa. Everything was clean and worked great. We especially loved the back porch. What a wonderful view. Many people say St. George is very hot in the summer, but we found it quite a treat not having to deal with the Virginia humidity. Only the mid-afternoons were uncomfortable -- unless we were in the pool. The neighborhood was wonderful. It was very quiet and clean. Lots of sidewalks and places to walk. It was about two miles to about anything you wanted -- groceries, the mall, Walmart, and tons of restaurants. Being close to Zion National Park, Snow Canyon and not far from Bryce Canyon and the Grand Canyon were just wonderful. We are ready to move! The owners were great. We had very few questions and they were always prompt to answer. As other reviewer have said, the pictures don't do the place justice. We highly recommend the property and will stay there again if we get the opportunity.
