Pacific Heights apartment description
This fabulous, remodeled unit is in one of the most beautiful Art Deco garden-courtyard buildings that Oliver Rousseau designed and built in 1947. Located within a block of Lafayette Park, walking distance to Fillmore Street, near the Van Ness corridor and Whole Foods… and right next to the California Street bus to downtown, this is an ideal Pacific Heights spot for your San Francisco stay!
You enter into a lovely foyer, which opens into an expansive living room with a dining area. There are two generous sized bedrooms that are both on the sunny west side of the building. The guest bedroom/office has a full wall of mirrored closets and the opposite side is a full wall of classic windows. The master bedroom has French doors opening on a small outdoor balcony. The kitchen features granite countertops and a sleek, built-in breakfast nook. The brand new marble bathroom has both a stall shower and a separate bathtub. Hardwood floors and stylish furnishings all add to this wonderful property. There is a laundry room in the building with both a washer and dryer. There is also a separate storage locker in the basement.
Whether you are just visiting the Bay Area or relocating to San Francisco temporarily, we hope you will come and stay at this wonderful Pacific Heights flat!

- Pacific Heights Pacific Heights is one of the most desirable and exclusive neighborhoods in San Francisco. Some of the most expensive real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area is found here . Pacific Heights real estate offers blocks of turn-of-the-century Victorians, including the landmark Haas-Lilienthal House at 2007 Franklin Street, as well as panoramic views of the Bay and Golden Gate Bridge. The neighborhood is loosely bordered by Van Ness and Presidio Avenues to the east and west, and Vallejo and Pine Streets to the north and south. Pacific Heights was first colonized by the Nouveau riche of the late 1800s, with the construction of a new cable-car line. ...moreless

Place was simple but nice, minimal kitchen cooking utensils, but beware that it does not include parking as stated in agreement, you must park on the street and it very difficult to find parking around this flat, owner said we would be reimbursed for parking but never credited us for it.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
Manager response: We are deeply sorry for the misunderstanding. The building does have parking, but all spots were reserved prior to Vegas gang booking their unit. Our VRBO listing does not include parking, and parking was not in the Vegas gang's rental agreement. We did include an extra reimbursement to Vegas gang (along with their returned security deposit) for their hardship. We hope this will not discourage you from considering our sunny, remodeled, ideally-located flat in Pacific Heights.
This Pacific Heights flat was exactly what we were looking for. It was bright, cheerful, roomy, and very comfortable. Great location within walking distance to Lafayette Park and to the shops and restaurants on Fillmore Street.
