We have a 4th floor (#411) unit in The Summit complex - right on the beach in Panama City Beach, Florida. Enjoy the beautiful view of the surf, even from the den, kitchen and dining area! And, there's no need to use the elevators - which is especially nice during the busy season!
The large, private bedroom has a king-sized bed, with new furniture and a pillowtop mattress. There are two bunk beds built into an alcove in the hallway, and a new queen-sized sleeper sofa (and loveseat) in the living area. The unit comfortably sleeps six, and is a non-smoking unit, has cable TV, a DVD player, a private phone line, patio furniture, fully furnished kitchen, and much more.

This condo has everything you'll need for a fun family vacation!
Additional Information: There is a $15 registration fee to The Summit for parking pass and security wristbands ($35 during Spring Break). Sorry, no smoking and no pets, please. You may cancel your reservation anytime up until 4 weeks prior to your arrival date, and receive a full refund of your deposit. Any late cancellation will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. During peak season (May-August) there will be an additional $50 charge for date changes.
Limit of 6 persons.
Deposit required within 4 business days of making reservation.
We do rent for 3 - 4 night stays during certain times of the year.
An insufficient check fee of $30 will be applied to returned checks.

My hsband and myself just stayed in the condo 411 and it was wonderful. It was the best one we have ever stayed in at the Summit.The room was very nicely decorated and the bed was out of this world. That was the most comfortable bed I have EVER slept in !! I will stay in this condo again if it is available when I need it. We have NO complaints !! Did not want to leave. We stayed at the Summit Condominiums in July 2008 and if you are looking for a very nice place and unit to stay I would highly recommend Unit 411. The room was decorated beautifully and clean. Just sitting on the balcony enjoying the view was delightful and the grounds around the Summit are kept up each day. Bikini Bob's grill has great food at affordable prices and is located onsite. There are two huge swimming pools, two kiddie pools, two hot tubs outside, and a large one located indoors. Bring your computer for wireless connection.
