This lovely Villa sits on the top floor of a five story complex located next to Coligny Plaza. Enjoy the full oceanview over miles of water and hear the waves crashing. There are two separate oceanfront balconies... one off of the main living room and the other adjoining the master bedroom. The building has elevator access with luggage carts.
This 1280 sq ft villa features a fully furnished kitchen, sizable living and dining area, two spacious bedrooms and two full baths, as well as a queen-size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king sized bed while the second bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed. Pets are not allowed and this is a non smoking unit.
This property is located in the popular Forest Beach area with miles of paved bike and walking paths right across the street. Walk (or take the elevator) downstairs to the beach or beautifully maintained pool surrounded by manicured lawns and landscaping.
Walk next door to the Holiday Inn where you can rent beach equipment, grab lunch at the poolside grill or enjoy your favorite beverage at the outdoor Tiki Hut. Coligny Plaza is a short walk away and famous for it's over 60 shops and restaurants. An abundant amount of top quality island golf courses are minutes away. Its the perfect location for a perfect vacation!

My wife and kids and I have stayed here approximately 5 times. We love the location and the view. We can walk to Coligny Plaza and a few of our favorite hangouts. Plenty of good restaurants and grocery stores close by. The condo is well kept and the owner has always responded positively to our needs. The pool is great and the beach is a few steps away. One of the things we like the best is the on-site security. My wife and I have never considered searching for another place.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Accurately described, well maintained ocean front property with an outstanding view of the ocean and Forest Beach area. The owners are professional , in touch but not obtrusive, and concerned about value their property provides to their guests. The Ocean One complex is well maintained and an asset to this listing. Over the last ten years, and having stayed at eight diffferent HHI properties, this is the place we keep coming back.

This unit is probably the best for view, comfort, and ease of access. Close to Coligny shops, good restaurants, and of course, the beach. Fits description and more. This was our second time here with another couple and we'll be back as it is roomy, comfortable, and well maintained. Owners great to work with and are timely on correspondence and info. Highly recommend this unit.

We found this unit to be excellent. The view, location, layout and furnishings were great. Our family enjoyed their vacation. The owners were readily available by phone to answer our questions. There were several beach chairs, boards, etc. available in the storage closet which made our beach experience even better. The Ocean One staff are polite and helpful. The rules and regulations at the facility provided greater security and helped insure no unpleasant situations would arise. Our children were safe at all times and free to enjoy a fun filled vacation. We plan to return to this same unit again.
