New tile and wood floors. Small, ten unit, friendly building with one elevator. This condo is on the second floor. Full Kitchen. Limited view of the Gulf Coast from the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Master bedroom is 12 feet by 20 feet with walk-in closet. Second bedroom has two (2) twin beds. Also included is a den.

In quiet Indian Rocks Beach, near many fine restaurants, and public trolley which runs length of island stops right outside the door. Swim in the pool, lounge on the pool deck, and cook out on gas grill. Pool area has a bathroom. Afterwards enjoy the sunset from a 12 feet wide balcony. One under-building covered parking space included, with guest parking.

Doggy Park one block away, and Indian Rocks Beach City Park including sports courts and a public library.
