We have leased properties in Gainey for each of the last 12 years. This villa is the best of all that we have experienced. It is recently remodeled, is well appointed, and clean. The owner and his family are very accomodating. We would recommed it to anyone wishing to enjoy a quality well located property.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

This is the third property we've stayed in at Gainey Ranch--we enjoy the trees, the green environment, the opportunity to walk in early morning and late afternoon, as well as the close-by shopping, restaurants, etc. This home is very comfortable for one or two couples, located just off the green of the #8 hole, and as described by another reviewer very close to the Ranch Club House. The owners have nicely remodeled the home and decorated in a pleasing fashion.Recommended for: Age 55+.

The location was perfect, it was located on golfcourse Gainey Ranch, with view on the course. Quiet and clean surrounding, with large community pool, gym and tenniscourts, just a cros the street, all well maintennance. The house itself, was perfect, just totally renovated, from top till bottom. Everything brand new, from furnishing, bedlinens, kitchen and tableware etc. For us a perfect house, located in Scottsdale nearby good restaurants and shoppingmalls. A perfect stay for us, a 5 star plus ranking. Emmy & Fred from The NetherlandsRecommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities.

About the owner: Golf Villa #1 at Gainey Ranch is one of several rental properties owned a managed by our family limited partnership. It is truly a family enterprise. I am the managing partner and principal investor, my son is a licensed general contractor who rennovated the unit, my spouse applied her interior decorator talents to the project, and my daughter-in-law is a realtor and the rental agent for this unit. We all live within 3 miles of our rental properties and therefore are aware of local market conditions and what is required to serve the most demanding segment of the Scottsdale seasonal client base. We judge all our rental properties by one simple criterion: if we can not imagine living there on vacation with our family, we shouldn't feel good about renting it to you. We think Gainey Golf Villa #1 is an exceptional property in this regard and we believe it will exceed your expectaions as well.
Why the Owner Chose Gainey Ranch:
My family's residence is at Gainey Ranch, so the decision to purchase investment property in this location did not take a lot of encouragement...only the availablility of a very desireable floor plan in one of the more attractive community association. Golf Villa #1 scores high on both counts. From a visitor's standpoint, we regard Gainey Ranch is the premier gated community in central Scottsdale...close to both airports and the city's best golf, shopping and dining experiences. It is also proximate to The Hyatt Regency Hotel, one of a few four star Scottsdale hotels with spa amenities and live entertainment daily. All of these attractions ensure a very memorable vacation experience to our "Most Livable City" in America.
