LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION:
This condo is conveniently located five minutes from the city limits of Moab, and only 10 minutes from Arches National Park. Directions: Coming from I-70, turn South towards Moab on HWY 191. Stay on HWY 191 through the town of Moab. Turn left 1/4 mile pass the SHELL gas station, just pass the Moab KOA campground on Southgate Drive. The turnoff is just before the Spanish Trail Arena. (This is approximately 5 miles or 5 minutes south of the city limits of Moab.)
Take your first left into the Southgate Subdivision on Village Way. Turn right on Village Loop. The condo is located on a corner lot on the left hand side. Look for 3376 located on the building. The address of the property is 3376 South Village Loop.

EASY CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
No keys to worry about! This home features a state of the art key code entry system on the front door. Just enter the code, turn the lock, and presto...your in.

KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS:
The fully furnished kitchen (should you want to cook) features a 26 cf. side-by-side refrigerator equipped with filtered water and ice, ultra-quiet dishwasher, self-cleaning oven with smooth top range, and a built in microwave. To compliment these appliances the kitchen also features all utensils, plates, cookware, baking and serving dishes to bring out the Emeril in all of us. The kitchen also features a coffee maker, blender, crock pot, and a garbage disposal.

LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS:
The living room offers two twin sleeper / sofas with a very cozy keva style gas fire place. Watching a DVD/ movie can be a lot of fun on the 32" LCD flat panel television. MASTER BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS:
The master bedroom features a king size super plush / pillow top bed with dual side tables & lamps. This bedroom also features a 32" LCD flat panel TV w/DVD player. All beds (master and guests) are outfitted with the finest linens and fabrics. Enjoy the views of the LaSal Mountains, and Canyon Mountains from the luxury of your bed, or step out on the oversized balcony through master bedroom and experience Moab's famous 360 degree scenic views.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo

Our property is an upper end luxury condo. The scenic views on the 300 square foot balcony are absolutely beautiful! You will find our condo to be very comfortable, and in close proximity to area attractions. Arches National Park is 10 to 15 minutes. Slickrock Bike Trail is 10 minutes. City of Moab is 5 minutes. North section of Canyonlands National Park is 25 minutes. If you have a lot of family and friends, take advantage of our two attached units that are located side by side.

Best place to stay in Moab

This was the second Year in a row that my husband and I were blessed to spend our Christmas to New Years Holiday at Southgate 2. By far, this is the BEST Place that you could stay for a Holiday or any other time of Year. The condo is so well furnished, spacious, comfortable and SUPER CLEAN! We did not want to leave! It felt better than home! Working with Rosanna is AWESOME!! She is so helpful and accommodating. We could not ask for better! Thank You Rosanna for sharing your beautiful home with us. We LUV IT!! We are ready to reserve your home again for the Third Year in a row! Again THANX!!

The Moab condo turned out to be an excellent choice for our group of 5 while we were in Moab. We stayed 4 nights and it couldn't have worked out better for us. It is clean, modern, roomy enough and well equipped. The pool and pool area is a bit small, but it is enough to cool off in. Communication with the owner was excellent, as well. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone needed more than just a motel room.

COMFORTABLE CONDO WITH ALL MOD CONS

We recently spent three nights at Southgate 2 Condo thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness and the feeling of being at home away from home, after two weeks of staying in hotel rooms. The amenities were excellent however we found the number of wine glasses insufficient for four adults!! Rossana was very helpful, and I thoroughly agree with a previous review which suggested arriving before dark as street signs were difficult to read due to the poor lighting. Overall, highly recommended for future visitors to Moab.

This is where you want to stay when you visit Moab

We spent about a week in this unit during mid-August. It excelled in every respect: modern, clean, quiet, and convenient, with more than enough room. The kitchen and its contents were complete. We appeciated the two full baths on the top floor and the half-bath that was on the first floor, as well as the full-sized washer and dryer. The air conditioning worked flawlessly. The attached garage was very helpful. There was room at the dining table for four, with two additional seats at the kitchen/dining space counter. This unit is about five miles south of Moab, and it can be a bit challenging to see the street sign and turn the first time (the directions are helpful.) We recommend arriving before dark. The keyless entry was great.

We were a family of five with extensive previous experience in rental properties and found your condo excelled in every area. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable and completely satisfied our requirements in every way. Rosanna and her husband were extremely helpful in that we had Jeep "issues" while in Moab and they provided first rate advice as to where to go and whom to call. Our problems necessitated our requesting a "late check-out" and the Walters were most accommodating. As indicated the condo was extremely clean, very, very comfortable and fully equipped. Would we recommend to others -- ABSOLUTELY!! Will we use again -- ABSOLUTELY!!

This condo is a great place to stay. We spent three nights with our grand-kids and this place made for a great time. There was plenty of room and everything in the home made our visit great. There was a major storm throughout Utah and Moab was the only place with good weather. I would recommend this home to anyone. Thanks for the memories.

My husband and I stayed at the condo over the Christmas to New Years Holiday 2010. What a wonderful experience! Rossana has thought of EVERYTHING! We hated to go home. The furnishings are so very well done, along with the beautiful decor, and the cleanliness is superb! The location is perfect! You get the serenity of being on the outside of town, but yet just minutes away from the wonderful things offered to you in the Moab area. The views from the condo will blow you away! Just pack your clothes and come and enjoy your time! We regularly visit Moab about once a Year, and have over the last 7 Years, this is the only place that I will stay ever again!!!! What a delight! Myself, my husband, my brother and sister in law stayed here and we very pleased with the property. It was so nice to come back here after a long day hiking. We truly felt at home and were comfortable here. The patio off the master bedroom was large and had a great view. Very clean.

This condo worked out great for 5-6 people, but would be tight for 7 or 8. It was a really nice place, clean and well maintained. The owners were very friendly, helpful and professional. If you don't mind being a few minutes out of town, it's a great place to stay.
