LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION:
This condo is conveniently located five minutes from the city limits of Moab, and only 10 minutes from Arches National Park. Directions: Coming from I-70, turn South towards Moab on HWY 191. Stay on HWY 191 through the town of Moab. Turn left 1/4 mile pass the SHELL gas station, just pass the Moab KOA campground on Southgate Drive. The turnoff is just before the Spanish Trail Arena. (This is approximately 5 miles or 5 minutes south of the city limits of Moab.)
Take your first left into the Southgate Subdivision on Village Way. Turn right on Village Loop. The condo is located on a corner lot on the left hand side. Look for 3376 located on the building. The address of the property is 3376 South Village Loop.
EASY CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
No keys to worry about! This home features a state of the art key code entry system on the front door. Just enter the code, turn the lock, and presto...your in.
KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS:
The fully furnished kitchen (should you want to cook) features a 26 cf. side-by-side refrigerator equipped with filtered water and ice, ultra-quiet dishwasher, self-cleaning oven with smooth top range, and a built in microwave. To compliment these appliances the kitchen also features all utensils, plates, cookware, baking and serving dishes to bring out the Emeril in all of us. The kitchen also features a coffee maker, blender, crock pot, and a garbage disposal.
LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS:
The living room offers two twin sleeper / sofas with a very cozy keva style gas fire place. Watching a DVD/ movie can be a lot of fun on the 32' LCD flat panel television. Stay connected with FREE broadband internet service, and FREE Wi-Fi. Also FREE land line long distance in the continental United States.
MASTER BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS:
The master bedroom features a king size super plush / pillow top bed with dual side tables & lamps. This bedroom also features a 32' LCD flat panel TV w/DVD player. All beds (master and guests) are outfitted with the finest linens and fabrics. Enjoy the views of the LaSal Mountains, and Canyon Mountains from the luxury of your bed, or step out on the oversized balcony through master bedroom and experience Moab's famous 360 degree scenic views.
The master bath features a full-size stand up shower (glass enclosed), and 4 additional shower sprays. A great way to relax after your Moab adventure.
BALCONY HIGHLIGHTS:
The balcony is one of the largest in the area with over 300 sq/ft area and a perfect place to enjoy Moab’s Scenic Views. Once you are on the balcony you may not want to come back inside.

Easily the nicest HomeAway rental we have stayed in so far. The place is fairly new and the pride in ownership shows. It was really nice to stay outside of the hustle and bustle of Moab. The condo is just far enough to have plenty of peace and quiet, but close enough to get into town in 5 minutes. It was a great home base for us to go and explore Arches and Canyonlands. The place was immaculate when we arrived - very clean and tidy. We had everything we needed - the plates and silverware were nice quality and there was plenty of everything. There was even an extra propane tank in case the old one ran out. They really did think of everything! My husband,myself, and our dear friends rented this condo and we loved it!! It was tastefully decorated and comfortable as well. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking which was a nice addition. The property was immaculate and the photos reflected the interior of the unit. We really felt right at home! The location was just the right distance from the center of Moab as well as Arches National Park. We would definitely rent this property again and highly recommend to anyone!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

My husband and I stayed here for almost a week for a long overdue vacation. Let me start off by saying that the Property Manager, Rossana, was wonderful to deal with. Expedient, friendly, professional, and very accommodating. The day that my husband and I arrived, we couldn't believe our eyes. It was GOREGOUS!! It was so beautifully decorated, clean, fabulous amenities -- it was nicer than our own home! We didn't want to leave! It's a fabulous location just 5 minutes out of Moab. The kitchen was very big and everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal! The beds -- COMFY!!! And I'm SUPER picky about beds. Like I said earlier -- it was like staying in someones "home" -- a really, really nice home! I would give this 10/10 stars if I could!!!! I would highly recommend this to anyone! Truly! This is, hands-down, the BEST place we have ever stayed on a vacation (and I travel all over the world on business). The electric fireplace is amazing, you have control over the heat and A/C, computer at your disposal, comfy couch and chairs, phones, electric (2) car garage to make unloading your gear, bags and groceries super easy, full-on cable, you name it -- it was there!!! We didn't want to leave when our time was up! :-) AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING -- Again, I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who wants luxury accommodations for a VERY reasonable price. And did I mention SUPER CLEAN???? You could eat off of any surface in this place. Thank you so much for a LOVELY stay, Rossana!!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We stayed at this condo for three nights in July 2012 and enjoyed it very much. It is beautiful and seems very new. After staying in Southgate 2, I have no idea why anyone would ever pay for a hotel room in Moab when you can stay in expansive luxury like this! Such a great value for your money! Truly the best place to stay, very quiet neighborhood with easy access to main road. The furnishings are comfortable, clean, and fit the decor perfectly. It is so nice to have a garage and driveway when traveling. Rossana was a pleasure to communicate with; very professional and prompt. We will definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This was the second Year in a row that my husband and I were blessed to spend our Christmas to New Years Holiday at Southgate 2. By far, this is the BEST Place that you could stay for a Holiday or any other time of Year. The condo is so well furnished, spacious, comfortable and SUPER CLEAN! We did not want to leave! It felt better than home! Working with Rosanna is AWESOME!! She is so helpful and accommodating. We could not ask for better! Thank You Rosanna for sharing your beautiful home with us. We LUV IT!! We are ready to reserve your home again for the Third Year in a row! The Moab condo turned out to be an excellent choice for our group of 5 while we were in Moab. We stayed 4 nights and it couldn't have worked out better for us. It is clean, modern, roomy enough and well equipped. The pool and pool area is a bit small, but it is enough to cool off in. Communication with the owner was excellent, as well. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone needed more than just a motel room.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

Our property is an upper end luxury condo. The scenic views on the 300 square foot balcony are absolutely beautiful! You will find our condo to be very comfortable, and in close proximity to area attractions. Arches National Park is 10 to 15 minutes. Slickrock Bike Trail is 10 minutes. City of Moab is 5 minutes. North section of Canyonlands National Park is 25 minutes.
