  I can NOT say enough about this condo OR the owners! I have never worked with more hospitable people. They are so eager to help and answer any questions to ensure that you are enjoying your stay. The condo was so comfortable and convenient. Newly remodeled and very nice. Near everything, yet in a quiet and relaxing environment. Don't think you could find a better place to stay with better owners! :)

  Our family was delighted with this condo. The views were incredible out the many sliding glass doors as well as from the balcony. The condo was well furnished and appointed. The kitchen was newly renovated and comfortable to prepare meals in. The condo was quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. The condo is incredibly close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall which has great name brand shopping deals. We also loved the walkover to the beach and the complimentary chairs/umbrella. The pool/hot tub area was also nice. The owner was very helpful with all the details.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway.

  We loved our stay at this condo. It was an amazing place right on the gulf with georgeous views! The features and quality of the furnishings were above our expectations. They were extremely nice. We were surprised to find that the outlet malls were very close to the condo. We could almost walk there! We spent most of the time on the beach and the beach service was like having our own butler service all week long. Such nice and hospitable service for anything we could have needed. In the evenings we tried to sample several restaurants in the area and McGuire's Irish Pub stood out as exceptional. The steaks and ribs are out of sight. We sampled several homemade beers at the restaurant. If we could do something different we would only stay longer!! We will definately be back to this excellent destination in our new piece of paradise.

  We have rented this condo many times over the years. The view of the blue Gulf waters and the white sand beach is so peaceful. On occasion, you can see dolphins. The condo itself has been updated recently with many new conveniences. The kitchen has been completely remodeled and the master bath shower is a favorite for our family. Everything you need to make your stay enjoyable is provided…necessary items to head to the beach or pool duirng the day and a large flatscreen TV and movies to enjoy in the evenings. The big heated pool is wonderful and there are also two hot tubs to relax in. The onsite restaurant has great dinner specials or you can even order take-out appetizers. The area has everything you need closeby…from supermarkets to the Destin Outlet Mall. There are so many restaurants to choose from, everything from chain types to the unique offering the great seafood the area is known for. Walking the beach in either direction can take you miles. There are places to rent kayaks, standup surfboards, waverunners and the ability to go parasailing. This condo affords you as quiet a vacation you’d like… or the opportunity to do something every minute. Either way, you will be very comfortable and relaxed. Enjoy!

  This unit is very updated and on the edge with all the finest appliances and furniture. The look from the balconies is amazing. This is our 3rd time staying in this unit. The directions that were given were accurate. The photo's do not do this place justice. It is much more inviting and soo clean. The property is very very clean and well taken care of. We would recommend this unit to anyone. Alot of fun shopping close by and Dewey Destin's is our favorite place for fresh seafood. The beaches are all white sand and very clean and well taken care of. We will defintely come again next year.
