Brick paver roads, native landscape and a beautiful heated pool (in the cooler weather) are what make this a great place to vacation. The Dune Lakes, 17 mile bike path, shopping, restaurants, tennis, and kayaking are awesome too!

Our family stayed in this great home the week of July 14-21 and we had a fantastic time! There were 7 adults and 4 children and it was wonderful! The house was well stocked and all of the amenities were as described in the listing. The location was perfect for daily bike rides into Alys Beach, as well as Rosemary Beach. We rented a "Trike" from a local Bike Rental business which was great! They delivered and picked up the trike....could not have been better. We brought all of the other bikes with us, so everyone was able to ride and enjoy the outdoors. There were outdoor activites every night at Alys and Rosemary Beaches and we could attend them with the children on our bikes! Perfect! The fresh market at Seaside was also another great activity and all of this was accessable by bike (or by car) within a very short distance. The distance to the beach was perfect...just across the road! We used the pool a lot and enjoyed it equally as well. We have stayed in several places along 30-A (mostly Seaside) and this location was one of the best. The beach was not crowded and riding the bikes was not a problem with the great bike paths. Some of our bike enthusiest rode the 6 miles into Seaside! The large grocery store was not very far away, with a smaller one even closer (for those last minute items). Lots of nice restaurants very near the property and all were easily accessible by bike, if you did not choose to drive. We loved the Yogurt Shop in Seacrest Beach! All in all, our week together was wonderful! I would highly recommend this property to anyone. It is very "kid and family" friendly. Thanks Marie and James for opening up your home and allowing us to enjoy our "family time" in Florida! We stayed here last week. We had 7 kids and 4 adults. It was perfect. The house was as they described and once we were there we realized how great it was that the house was the closest to the beach. It was a great layout and we felt like we weren't right on top of each other. We LOVED the beach area. We are already planning for next year and would stay here again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children.

My husband and our kids and sister in law, hubby and their kids stayed here summer of 2010. We absolutely love vacationing off 30a and this home/location was a hit! It is the first house in the subdivision which made it really convenient to get everyone to the beach. We had a great time here and would definitely recommend it to families!!! Well decorated and very cozy!!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My husband and I with three kids (5, 4 and 1) and a sitter just had a great week in Florida at this house. It is cutely decorated, very clean and kid-friendly. No complaints what-so-ever; we will definitely rent it again. Magnolia is in a great location right in the center of Seaside and Rosemary. We rode our bikes to Alys every day for donuts, coffee, ice cream, Georges, etc.. The walks to the pool and beach are short and easy, and Magnolia is perfect for kids.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
