Our unit is perfectly located in one of the best kept secrets of the Southwest. You can enjoy the ponds and river for fishing or take advantage of the fact we are in the middle of town close to shops, restaurants, and other businesses. The ski area is our backyard with the main chain lift being just a few feet away.
From the moment you walk in you realize the love that we have put into our home away from home. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open to each other to allow your family and friends to spend good quality time together. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds in each. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a balcony with great views. The second bedroom shares a bathroom with the third bedroom which is a loft with another queen and two bunk beds. Unit also features a washer and dryer and wood burning fireplace.
This is a mountain paradise and a fisherman's dream!!

Why Red River:
I have been coming to Red River with my father since 1953. I would stay at one of the lodges in town and sit out by the river and gaze at the Claimjumper Townhouses. We would say that someday we would buy one of those, perfect for our family, by the river, by the ski area, and by the fishing ponds. Then one day my wife said we could, so we did. We love to come up and enjoy the clean air and fresh water and of course, the great weather.
