I stayed here while on a clinic rotation for school & was pleased with how well the property was kept and maintained. The beach was a short 15 min or so drive and there was even a grocery store within walking distance. Turkey Creek and Goodey Park were really neat areas that were close by and easily accessed to explore native wildlife. Mike was always available and easily contacted if I ever had any questions.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed our three month stay at this property. The screened in porch was where we spend a lot of time, reading and enjoying the quiet neighborhood. We found many places to ride our bikes and take long walks. Turkey Creek, and other parks are close by and we visited them many times. The beaches are a short drive away and have restrooms. We watched shore fishermen try their luck, and walked miles on the beaches. We visited Old Melbourne several times, taking in the shops and restaurants. Vero Beach and Cocoa Beach were nice drives on A1A as we explored the area. Mike suggested we watch the Space Shuttle Launch from the 192 bridge, and it was a good spot. We will return again. Thanks to Mike for maintaining a clean, well cared for property, and his help with questions about the area, and suggestions.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We absolutely loved your home. Everything was soooo close, restaurants, fast-food joints, the movies, Winn Dixie, the mall, etc. Felt secure all the time, the neighbor is quaint and very nice. He is a one-man neighborhood watch. We stayed here for 4 months while our home was finished being built. I would stay here again & again. Thanks Mike for keeping the grass always mowed, the property looking good, and there to answer any questions we ever had.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

Year Purchased: 2008
About the owner: Owner is retired and is living in Orlando with wife and mother-in-law. Wife is still working full time. We normally travel to the house on week-ends and Holidays to get out of the Orlando area. This property is far enough away to relieve the stress of the big city living. We have just put in all new windows and doors and new air handler.
Why the Owner Chose Palm Bay:
We purchased this home to retire to when my wife retires.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We enjoy sitting on the patio in the morning and evening. We like to go deep sea fishing and fishing in the river off Melbourne Beach Pier. Historic Downtown Melbourne is also a great place to go. I enjoy walking the trails of the Turkey Creek Sanctuary.
