The condo was not in the best condition. It was not well kept. The medicine cabinet in the bathroom was rusty inside. The kitchen cabinets were chipped. The refridgerator was rusty on the outside. There were webs in several corners of the condo when we got there. A small table on the deck off the bedroom would be suggested. The screen was broken on the sliding door. New window dressings would be suggested also. The blinds could not be closed sufficiently. The saving grace was the magnificent beach. Suggestion: a few updates to this condo would help tremendously.
