The cottage is located on a very private 10 acre beachfront estate on the east end of Molokai. We are located on the cool & lush east coast where there are breathtaking views of Maui, Lanai & Kahoolawe which are located directly across the channel from our property! We are far from the main highway so it is extremely quiet!
Molokai is divided into a warm & dry western half & a cool & lush eastern half. The east end of Molokai has the island's mountains which reach over 3000 feet high! Did you know that the tallest waterfall in the United States is located on Molokai's east end? It is called Olo'upena falls & at 2,953 feet, it is the fourth tallest waterfall in the world!!
We are the only company offering the free use of a Jeep Grand Cherokee 4wd & FREE airport pickup & FREE airport drop-off! No other company offers this free service! Because Alamo is only one car rental company at the airport, there is often a shortage of vehicles & the prices are very high!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay here with our 21 month old daughter. The hosts Ed and Joan are wonderful and will see to it that you are very well taken care of. From lovely Leis to gorgeous flower arrangements and delish chocolates you feel nice and spoiled. The view is bar none and your private beach is right there. Ahhhh. We hope to return!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Kirby, Barry & June are wonderful. Their cottage exceeded our expectations, as did Moloka'i! Ed & Jo-An Foster took care of everything, from start to finish! We were shown such wonderful hospitality and yet we had plenty of privacy. A great balance from a top notch caretaker. Our guide, Mercury Dudoit, treated us to a few hikes around Moloka'i. He was so enjoyable and friendly. I highly recommend this rental cottage, along with the vehicle which was so needed on the island. A great time was had by all, and that is priceless!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We were looking for the perfect place to unwind for a week and did we ever find it! This property is located on one of the most picturesque parts of Molokai. The property (we stayed in the A-frame cottage) is beautiful and located in a grove of coconut palms with comfortable, clean, and well-maintained accommodations. We started every morning with our coffee in the chaise lounges on the waterfront and then moved over to the double hammock later in the day. Caretaker Ed Foster and his wife JoAn were terrific host and hostess providing us with roundtrip service to the airport and giving us a very knowledgeable overview of the island and things we might consider doing. There's not a lot to do on Molokai but the few things there are can be comfortably spaced out and easily reached with the complimentary Jeep that accompanies this rental. If you are seeking a perfect experience of rest and relaxation, this is the place to be. As the saying goes, "If you need to be entertained, you need to be someplace else." Molokai is an opportunity to return to the Hawaii of old. The local island residents were very friendly and accomodating and the pace a very welcome slow down from the rush of regular life. We enjoyed sightseeing, a healthy hike into the falls of the Halawa Valley, and some great fresh yellow-fin and other seafood from the local fishermen. We'll be back whenever we find the need to decompress. This has been by far the very Best Vacation that my husband & I have ever had! The cottage was clean & perfect! The kitchen was upgraded with everything that we needed. The grounds were immaculate & the views Fantastic! When we checked in there was even a beautiful flower araingement waiting for us! We liked to lay on the large hammock slung between 2 coconut trees & gaze over at 3 Islands which seemed so closeby! At night we would hear the waves splashing on the beach & every morning we would awaken to a beautiful sunrise over the water & see Humpback Whales playing in the blue-green ocean. We can't say enough about the personalized attention that we received from Ed & Joann the caretakers who not only gave us a lei greeting at the airport in the complimentary Jeep Cherokee but went out of their way to take us shopping at the best food stores & gave us great tips on what activities that were available to us on Molokai Ed even shared some fresh eggs from the chickens that he raises which were delicious! We took Ed's advice & ended up hiking up to the gorgeous waterfalls at Halava Valley & swimming in the big pool under the falls! We also went on the Mule ride which was an unforgettable experience! We brought our cameras & took many beautiful pictures of Kalapapa where Father Damien had lived. What a deal getting to use the free Jeep for our entire stay! We priced a Jeep Cherokee at Alamo Car Rental which is the airport's only car rental company & they wanted over $1,000 for a week & this did'nt even include the insurance! Ed even gave us a ride back to the airport on our return & I can honestly say that this has definitely been our Best Vacation Ever & we will definitely be back next year when it starts getting cold again in Canada~~~~~~~~~~~One week was definitely not enough! It went by too fast! We need to make it 2 weeks next year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

WOW!!!!! WE WERE GIVEN A WONDERFUL LEI GREETING AT THE AIRPORT BY "ED" THE CARETAKER OR THE PROPERTY. HE THEN GAVE US A FREE NARRATED TOUR ON THE WAY BACK TO THE COTTAGE. HE LEFT US WITH A 4 WHEEL DRIVE JEEP CHEROKEE THAT WE USED AT NO CHARGE FOR OUR ENTIRE STAY! WE PRICED A JEEP CHEROKEE AT THE AIRPORT'S ONLY CAR RENTAL CO. & THEY WERE CHARGING OVER $1,500 FOR THE WEEK! WHAT A SAVINGS! THE GROUNDS ARE BEAUTIFUL! ALL TYPES OF FLOWERS! WE EVEN HAD A BEAUTIFUL FLOWER ARRAINGEMENT WAITING FOR US WHEN WE CHECKED IN! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE PERSONALIZED TREATMENT THAT WE RECEIVED! IT REALLY MKADE MY HUSBAND & I FEEL SPECIAL! WE EVEN GOT A RIDE BACK TO THE AIRPORT!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.
