Enjoy beautiful sunsets, excellent boating, and a short drive to downtown Key West. It has a nice dock with a deep canal that you can swim, snorkle, and fish in. We now have kayaks. It also has an outdoor shower. We now have wifi.
The house has a large living room with kitchen downstairs and a large family room with wet bar upstairs so you will not be crowded. The master bedroom on each floor has a king-size bed each with a private bathroom and walk-in shower.
The other bedrooms each have two twin beds. Each hall bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Each couch is a sofabed. Also available is a crib, a highchair, and several baby gates for child proofing. The yard is completely fenced in. No Pets.

This house was perfect for our family. The pictures in the listing are very accurate, with enough space, seating and bathrooms for 8 people. The small kitchen and rec area upstairs complemented the larger working kithchen and living room downstairs. Art was very quick to respond to our initial questions and followed up in a very timely fashion.....great suggestions for food and other activities We met some of the long term residents, including resident lobsters under the dock and the dolphins out of the canal. The place is well located away from the congestion of Key West, with an excellent swimming canal and just a short ride up to Bahia Honda beach. We enjoyed the kayaks that came with the rental. Great recommendations for the Square Grouper restaurant just down the street....great food and service. Definitely worth looking at.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

This house is big and in a nice location with nice neighbors. However, it is not a house for someone who has difficulty with stairs. We booked on very short notice and the owner was very helpful and easy to work with. Perfect if you are traveling with teens because you have two separate lliving areas and two very large master suites. The house is impeccably clean and the kitchen was the most organized I've ever seen in a rental. The kyaks were fun and the huge iguanas were a kick.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
