Newly built, stunning, luxuriously furnished, and spacious water-fronted villa on the prestigious Rodney Bay Marina (St Lucia North), all a short walk from local amenities. The ideal holiday location, with most things that you need to complete your holiday right on your doorstep. Being on the water-front means that you benefit from the constant gentle cool sea breeze, making it virtually a mosquito free environment.

Note that the Harbour is made up of 25 privately owned villas of which approximately 10 are rented out long and short term. The remainder of the units are unoccupied most of the year due to the fact that the owners live abroad and do not all visit at the same time. As a result the grounds and pool is never crowded and there are always plenty of docks available for mooring a yacht.

                        Our family of 6 went to St Lucia for the holidays and had a very enjoyable experience in Rodney Bay and at this villa. Originally we were in a different villa (Jasmine) which was brand new but had a lot of kinks that weren't ironed out (i.e. leaky toilet, non-working appliances, small pool with no lounge chairs) so Robert kindly moved us to this beautiful waterfront villa. It was the perfect size and layout for our family and the location was fantastic....only a 2 min walk to the heart of Rodney Bay. The pool and hot tub were lovely and the view was amazing. Our only complaint was the quirky air conditioning system which required you to be inside a room to turn on the individual unit by remote control. This was problematic as we couldn't check on our little kids at night otherwise the A/C would turn off and the kids were not able to turn it back on since they were asleep. Other than that, I would highly recommend this villa and our many thanks to Robert Joseph for doing his best to give us the best accomodations possible.

                        Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

                        AS ALWAYS MY ACCOMMODATIONS WERE EXCELLENT. VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. THE STAFF DELIGHTFUL AND ALWAYS A PLEASURE. THE LOCATION OF THE VILLA DOES ALLOW ME TO BE AT HOME AWAY FROM HOME. EVERYTHING IS AT YOUR FINGER TIPS AND INCLUDING ACCESS TO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

                        Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
