This condo worked out well for a weekend with 4 friends. Each of us had our own bed and bath which was great without having to rent a giant house. The place is a nice size and recently modernized with all the right features. We come to ski and we ski all day. This was a nice place to come home to in the evening.Recommended for: Girls getaway.

We came across this property last minute after our previous rental fell through. On a tight timeline, the owners were very understanding and accomodating. After spending a week in the townhome, I can say that I am glad our initial property did not work out. The unit is immaculate. We found everything available to make ourselves at home. The grocery store and shopping centre are a two minute drive away. The shuttle stop (to Vail towncenter) is as close to the property as it could be. The last shuttle back the the property from Vail Towncenter leaves around 8:15 PM. A few nights we missed the last bus and it was only a $15 cab ride. We did have one issue: the hot tub in the complex lost heat during one day. I called the property managers and the water was hot again by the time we were finished skiing the next day. I was impressed. This property is a gem, don't miss out!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

This townhome is perfect! The bedrooms are spread out so lots of privacy. The living area is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen and dining room are gorgeous and great for a group vacation. I've stayed in many places in Vail and this location is awesome. It's beautiful and quiet but right on a bus route if you need it.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

We couldn't have been happier. The bedrooms were good sized and the layout was great. We had the adults upstairs and the kids downstairs. It worked perfectly. The location was even better than expected. We could walk to the store and take the shuttle to the slopes so we didn't need a car. The shuttle only came once an hour, but as long as we planned accordingly it wasn't an issue. The kitchen had recently been renovated and it was beautiful. We loved that it has lots of counter space and a gas stove. I'm sure we'll rent it again next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Our family stayed at the Phillips townhome for my son's ski race in Vail. The floor plan was perfect as it offered each of us our own space and provided ease in differing bed times :) Very easy access to Vail. No need to pay for parking as the bus picks up close to the townhome. We will be staying here again for sure!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car.
