For many of those who have been coming to Topsail Island all of their life, Ocean Boulevard in Topsail Beach is the only place where they want to spend their vacation. A quiet street and the charm of “old Topsail”, makes this home the perfect place for your vacation. Built in 2004, and never rented until 2010, this property has been well maintained and is very clean.
There is plenty of parking on the ground level, covered and uncovered with an outside shower and a wet weather entry. The second floor has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and the third bedroom is the kid's room. The kid's room has twin bunk beds with pull out sleepers. This gives you 6 twin size beds, perfect for families with children. The second floor has two full size bathrooms and a washer/dryer. The rooms are large with ample room for additional sleepers.
The third floor has the master suite with king size bed and private bath. The great room has a large sleeper sofa and love seat with a new 46' flat screen TV and DVD/Blueray player. The dining area has a large extending table that seats 8 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, ceramic flat top cooking area with stove, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. The center island in the kitchen provides more seating and counter space. The third floor also has a 1/2 bath. There is one large deck that overlooks the beach and one rear small deck that overlooks the sound. The sunsets are beautiful.

After 40 plus years of coming to Topsail for our yearly family beach trip, this home is far the best home we have stayed in! It has a nice, cozy and warm feel to it the minute you walk in. The location is perfect from the beach if you have kids. It is easy for them to come and go from the beach to the house during the day by themselves so it gives mom a little more "lay out" time without being interrupted..lol! This home is beautiful and very well kept. The owners are awesome people and nice to work with. We highly recommend this place to everyone!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The house is just like the pictures. It was clean and comfortable. Nice family room to play card games and watch TV. Just one row of houses off of the beach. Public access to beach a half a block away. Plenty of parking. We grilled our dinner almost every night on the deck. The 3.5 baths are real nice convenience. Nice master bedroom and bath. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans so we did our meals 90% of the time. The owners were a pleasure to do business with.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We were very pleased with everything about this rental. It was as described...even better. Very clean and comfortable....great views.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

About the owner: This house is our first rental home. We are excited to meet our renters to develop a long term friendship. Donna and I (Robbie) have been married for 26 years and have one son (Parker), and one daughter (Kayla). For 2012 we have turned our property over to Seashore Realty Group, Inc. for managing the property for us. When inquiring you will actually be speaking with one of their agents.
Why the Owner Chose Topsail Beach:
Topsail is a very unique area. The island is narrow so you have almost immediate access to the beach and the sound. The sound allows you to boat, play, shrimp and fish very easily. The area is not commercialized so it is very natural and quiet. If you have had enough fun and sun for the day then come inside and enjoy the new 46' LCD HDTV with blueray player
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The property is very clean and well laid out. There are plenty of things to do on the island if you like the outdoors. The south end of the island is like no other place. You can surf-fish on the inlet channel or explore the large natural reserve. When you come to the island buy your groceries on the way in and you will never have to leave the house. It is truly relaxing.
