Crescent Sands oceanfront unit. This is a 5th floor unit overlooking a large oceanfront pool. We are located in the popular Windy Hill section which boast on having the widest beach in the Myrtle Beach area. Our Resort condos also has one of the largest balconies in the area which makes it nice to relax on and watch dolphins play. Make sure to wake up early to see the awesome sunrises.
Close to many Theme restaurants, Approx. 100 golf courses, Tanger Outlet, Myrtle Waves Waterpark, Alligator Adventure, Ripley's, and many more.
This is a "SMOKE FREE" unit. No Smoking is allowed inside our unit. No pets allowed!!! We love them, but somebody else may not.

Why the Owner Chose Crescent Sands
My wife and I have been coming to MB since we got married (30yrs). We had a two bedroom unit at another place and decided to upgrade. We fell in love with Crescent Sands because the beach is wide and location, location, location. Its close to everything.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
I'm an early bird, so I like waking up and watching the sunrise and strolling on the beach. Laurie just likes baking in the sun while reading her books.
