This spectacular stand alone home was completed in September 2009. It is 5100 square feet of pure luxury that will be the perfect location for your next vacation! This home is located in Lewis Ranch subdivision of Copper Mountain; an exclusive gated community. Out the back door you have access to some of the best cross country and snowshoe trails; out the front door is the Roundabout Run that will gain you access to all of Copper Mountain!
When you enter this home you are immediately welcomed by an open and inviting living area. The kitchen is quite large and offers ample counter space, stainless steel appliances, wine refrigerator, prep sink, double ovens, and much much more! There are two bars which offer a total seating for 6. The dining room features a beautiful bamboo table and seating for 10 people. Past the dining and kitchen area is the living room which offers a gorgeous fireplace, flat screen TV, ample seating and breathtaking views of the ski trails, wetlands, and the Gore range.
Down a half of a level is the first master bedroom that offers a king bed, private balcony, and a gorgeous bathroom with dual sinks, beautiful mosaic tile work and a rain shower. Down another half of a level is the family room offering a pool table, wet bar, pub table, fireplace, a wall mounted flat screen TV and a xbox 360. Off of the family room are two more bedrooms. The first is a bunkroom which has a bunk that consists of a twin top, full bottom, and a twin trundle underneath; there is also a full bathroom en suite. The next bedroom is a master suite offering a king bed and en suite bathroom.
Upstairs is the main master suite which features a king bed, fireplace, and private balcony. Attached is a large bathroom with dual sinks, laundry facility in the closet, rain/steam shower, and jacuzzi tub. Up another half of a level is the loft with a desk area; the home does feature high speed wireless internet. Next to the office is the last master bedroom with a king bed, fireplace, private balcony, jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
This property offers a complimentary on call shuttle that will come right to your front door and take you anywhere you want to go in Copper Mountain.
This fantastic home is great for larger groups and has a location that is enviable. This home also features a smart lighting system, heated 2 car garage, heated driveway, private hot tub, in floor radiant heat, direct gas line barbecue grill, and so much more!!! The refundable damage deposit is $1,250.00 and will be collected in advance.

We have had a wonderful week in your fantastic home. We were here with our children and 9 grandchildren. Your home held us all comfortably. Especially liked the many dishwashers, the 2 laundry rooms, the wonderful decor, the showers, the games. Would love to come back. The snow ended up being great. No lines. Boot heater was great.
