Enjoy fabulous ocean breezes and beautiful sunsets over the marsh from three different decks. The villa is a five minute walk to the ocean boardwalk and the shared pool is but a few steps away.
Truly one of a kind, this four-star rated villa is the only Sealoft Villa with an enlarged living area and loft. It has a bright open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living areas with a fireplace, TV/VCR and stereo/CD. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bath. The second bedroom hosts a queen-size bed with vaulted ceiling and recessed lighting.
The upstairs loft has bunkbeds, sofa and two chairs and a built-in desk area with TV/VCR. There is also a very private outside shower with hot/cold water. A baby crib and high chair is available for your use.
Country Club membership privileges are also made available with this villa AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE and there is an onsite property manager should any problems arise during your stay. This is a Non-Smoking Villa and Pets are NOT Allowed.

Why the Owner Chose Sealoft Villas
The beach! It is wide, uncrowded and pristine. There are no houses or condos looming over you. Seabrook is like a country club community on the beach. We wanted access to tennis and golf. We aren't fans of lazy vacations. We play alot of "family tennis" on the island as well as "pick up" wiffle ball games in the cul de sac. The proximity to Charleston is also a plus if you want to go to the aquarium, explore the plethora of civil war history, attend the Spoleto Festival or just walk around a beautiful, one of a kind, southern city.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Our Sealoft is truly one of a kind. The previous owner was an architect and made some special changes to the villa that no other villa can boast. One of which was enlarging the living room and the loft by moving the stairwell to the back of the villa. That change makes both places much more enjoyable. All other Sealoft villas have a stairwell that cuts the loft space into two small spaces. The Sealofts are also set in groups of threes, with one being set a bit further back for added privacy. We enjoy that more private placement -- which is handy if you want to make full use of our private outdoor shower. The Sealoft community also has its own, private pool -- which happens to our kids' favorite pool on the whole island.

We live in Davidson, NC with our four children. I (Andi) run a senior care agency and employ caregivers to help the elderly continue to live independently in their own homes. Rob is an attorney and works for a privately held capital management firm. We spend alot of time with our kids sports -- me providing taxi service and Rob coaching youth baseball.
