  We are an average family of mom, dad, and kids on a vacation. Condo worked for all our needs. We had a wonderful view, close to everything, and very friendly staff. We felt very safe in and around our condo. The pools are very large and clean.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

  My Wife and I have been staying at this unit for six years and have always found it clean and well furnished. The 2nd floor location is very convenient. The view of the pools and the ocean are great. We have already booked for next year. The rate is all inclusive, thats a good deal. We would definitely recommend this unit.

  This vacation was by far my best vacation I have ever taken. The main reason why was because of the room my friends and I stayed in. Honestly, the service was great, and it was absolutely gorgeous. The room was big and clean which are major factors on my choice of a place to stay at. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who is planning on taking a vacation.

  The room was very clean upon arrival. It felt very comfortable & my friends and I enjoyed our stay very much.

  I have stayed in this unit for the last 4 years. It’s a great room on the 2nd floor. The unit has great views. The condo is very nice and I feel safe while staying there. Have great amenities on site. It is in a good location. I would recommend it for anybody looking for a great deal! I have already booked it for 2012. The owner is very easy to deal with makes it an easy transaction. Can’t wait to go back!

  I rented this condo trusting that the owners description was accurate and the pictures showed how the condo truly looked. However, it was not. According to the owners description the condo is "newly renovated" and "EVERYTHING IS NEW, NICE AND CLEAN". The condo might have been newly renovated in the 1980's and nothing was NEW, NICE OR CLEAN. When we walked in, the smell was the first thing to hit you. My first instint was to close the door and go home, however, I had 3 teenage girls that was looking forward to a wonderful vacation. Now where to start. The carpet was so dirty you had to wear shoes at all time. The picture that the owner shows for the kitchen table and chairs is not even close to what was in there. There was a table with 2 chairs that didn't even match the table. The blind for the sliding glass door was missing so many panels that it did not even cover the door. We had to call the cleaning service to bring more towels and linings for the pull out couch. The blanket stunk so bad it could not even be used. Although that did not matter because the pull out couch was so disgusting it could not be used. This condo is so badly in need of renovation it can't be clean. Then to top the trip off, the owner kept $50.00 of my damage deposit because there was makeup on the hand towels. There is NO WAY that I would recommend this property to friends, relatives or even enemies.

  Owner response: This review was written by a disgruntled guest who destroyed some of the towels and linen at our unit and refused to pay for the damage. As a landlord who cares about the next guests comfort I purchased the new set of linens and towels and withheld their cost ($50) from this guest’s deposit. The unit is rented by different guests almost every week for a 7 years and all my the guests (except for one who wrote this review ) are very happy with the quality of this accommodations, as you can see from the fact that there no other negative reviews were posted on this site. In November 2011 (2 months after this review was posted) we renovated the unit replacing all carpet with the modern looking tile, adding brand new sofa-bed, new curtains on all the windows and replacing all doors. There is a different cleaning company that provides weekly high quality cleaning. This is one of the best units at the Summit and the rate is always right! Come and see for yourself!
