The master suite is the only bedroom located on the west side of the home for privacy. This large suite with attached bath features a Jacuzzi tub and two sinks. It is beautifully furnished and provides easy access to the pool and spa through French doors.
Both of the two guest rooms feature queen-size beds with designer linens. They have mirrored closets with custom cabinet units inside that display televisions and a computer with internet access.
There is a covered veranda that overlooks the pool and spa with Brown and Jordan outdoor furnishings. The professionally designed desert landscaping features a pebble-tech pool with a waterfall feature that compliments the beauty of this desert home.
The two car garage is finished with custom cabinetry, remote door openers and direct access into the home. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer offers convenience.
Internationally renowned golf (Woodhaven Country Club is right next door) and tennis clubs are nearby. For entertainment and leisure activities we are close to everything. El Paseo, Costco nearby, boutiques, theater, galleries and fine dining along the deserts "Restaurant Row”, trendy areas such as the "River" theater/dining complex and numerous casino's.
This is truly a beautiful and relaxing property suitable to those with the finest taste and the desire for security and privacy. A gardener and pool service twice a week is included.
