This large Villa is one of the finest on Costa Smeralda.
It sits on a hill approximately 4.5 kilometers from the clear blue waters, with spectacular open views on the coast from Cannigioni Gulf to Maddalena and Caprera islands.
The property consists of one big villa and a large contiguous dependence.
You can enjoy amazing open views onto the COSTA SMERALDA form every rooms and patios. Each room has a garden and a private area.

About the owner: We really love this house and we took a big care of it in the interiors and in the exterior. We named the villa "Pedra Stellata", that means "Stone under the stars".

This Villa is a comfortable and relaxing place. It's a quiet villa dipped into the typical Sardinian nature with a wonderful landscape on the sea. The villa has a nice chlorine free swimming pool with natural oxygen. It's close to a Beauty SPA Hotel with one of the best Emerald Coast restaurants.
