  What a lovely home! We were quite pleased with our stay here. Plenty of room for our group, with more to spare! Clean, well kept, pleasantly decorated, and had everything we could ever need/want in a vacation rental. My girls especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub! We would definitely recommend this home to our friends, and would definitely rent from them again. The owner was super nice, easy to work with, and VERY accomodating! We were very happy with everything! Thanks for a great vacation!

  We are two Australian families who stayed here during the last week of March 2013. I was uncertain as had never booked a Vacation Rental before and certainly not as far away as America ! This house could not have been more perfect for us. Apron arrival we found the locks and alarms very easy to deal with and some basic 'staples' (cereal, milk, laundry powder etc) had been put out for us. The home was spotlessly clean as was the pool and spa. All the beds were very comfortable, and the towels and linens lovely. We cooked most of our breakfasts and evening meals at 'home' after a long day of sightseeing. We found the kitchen/eating area was quite large and able to accomodate all of us preparing, cooking and eating at the same time. We most definitely needed a car in this area (we knew that from reading previous reviews) but we found getting around very easy and the location great. We were close to all the major attractions, the main highways as well as supermarkets, chemists etc. I found (Mark) the owner of the property, to be very prompt with emails and could not have done more to ensure we had all the instructions, directions and tourist guides we needed to make our stay perfect. Thank you so much Mark, our week in your home was the perfect start to our holiday.

  We have just returned from our second vacation (9 wks.) in Mark's lovely home in Calabay Parc. The home was recently very tastefully redecorated and is lovely and clean. Although the weather was not as warm as last year and we never did get to use the pool we enjoyed reading and relaxing around it and enjoyed golfing, walking, shopping and visiting with friends in the area. We hope to return again and want to thank Mark for giving us the opportunity to once again enjoy his wonderful home.

• Beautiful Home!

  My family and I (7 of us) rented this home for a week beginning January 9th. All I can say is FANTASTIC! The home itself is beautiful, clean, comfortable and well cared for. The pool and hottub were such an added bonus. My 6 year old spent 9 hours straight in the pool in one day alone! The proximity to all the Orlando attractions was great. We were within an easy 20 minute drive! Mark was a sincere pleasure to work with as we planned our vacation. Thanks Mark for allowing us to use your wonderful home. We would definetly rent this place again and are thinking about doing so again next year!

  We recently got back from a wonderful vacation in Florida. My son, daughter in-law, my husband and I stayed for 11 nights at Marks beautiful home. The house was perfect. Everything was clean, and ready to be enjoyed. All major attractions were a close drive, and it was nice to come back after a long day at the parks, and relax in the hot tub. We did not want for anything. The house was fully equiped with what ever we needed. The photos do not do the house justice. It was beautiful. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Florida. My family had such a good time, that we are planning another trip later this year, and hope to rent Marks house again. Thanks again Mark.

  Thanks for letting us use your home while we were on vacation. Had a great time at Disney but it was nice to get away from the parks and relax at home. The kids loved the pool. The heater worked great! Thanks again.

  Back home safe and sound, enjoying the beautiful "Irish" weather. We had a wonderful holiday, house was fabulous, we were delighted with it and would recommend it highly to any friends thinking of holidaying in Orlando. Its the best house we have stayed in while in Orlando!!!! Hopefully we'll be back in Orlando soon.

  From the moment I pulled in the driveway and could see that this home is as beautiful if not more than the photos online.The inside of the home, around the pool and hot tub was spotless.The home was perfectly prepared for(us) the arriving guest.When I was fist looking to book this home I had several questions(heated pool,bbq,number of guests allowed,etc...)and everything was answered promptly.A very helpful feature in this home was "The White Binder" this had everything you will need to know from restaurants to theme parks to anything you needed to know about the house,emergency info.I don't mean to go on and on but I would just want to reassure anyone who is considering renting this home that you will not be disappointed.

  We have just returned from a 10 week vacation in Mark's lovely villa. We found the villa to be comfortable, clean, spacious, adequately equipped and well maintained. There was an informative binder prepared by the owner which was very helpful with details regarding the villa as well as the Davenport/Orlando area. The location was great, close to Disney Parks, the new Legoland, golf courses, grocery stores, restaurants, Wallmart & Target and the Outlet malls. The area was well maintained and quiet. Many days were spent reading and relaxing around the pool and on the local golf courses. Our dealings with Mark in preparation of our vacation as well as during our stay were very pleasant and any issues that arose were dealt with in a speedy fashion. Our dealings with Allan and Rose of the management company were handled in a friendly and efficient manner. Thanks Mark for sharing your lovely villa with us.
