This bright and colorful house in Rosemary Beach is as brilliant as the Florida sun. Located in the heart of Rosemary Beach, one is a five minute walk from the beach, pools, spa, tennis courts, restaurants and shopping.
Upstairs bedrooms include a king bed in master suite with private bath and Jacuzzi tub. A guest room has two full beds. A large bunk area, which can accommodate 2 children, sits on the stair landing (over 3 years in bunks please).
The walls are adorned with colorful and lively art, many works by native Walton County folk artists. There is a large dining room table and den for television. The fully functional kitchen can accommodate you and your guests, but do not miss the many delicious restaurants within walking distance.
Porches are plentiful to sit back and enjoy cool drinks with family and friends as you watch the streetscapes of Rosemary Beach at play.
Rosemary Beach amenities such as pools, parks, and beaches are all accessible through a rental here. A separate carriage house is also available for rent on this property. It can be combined in a rental for added guests.
The house is located on Aticus Lane near North Barrett Square. It is steps away from Solace Day Spa and The Summer Kitchen.

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful house for two months, from January 2 through the end of February. This colorful house is so cheery that, even on the occasional cloudy days, it was warm, cozy and inviting. The location is extremely convenient to everything...1/2 block from the downtown square, 2 blocks to the wonderful beach and 1 1/2 blocks to both the indoor and outdoor pools. There are no better words to describe Rosemary Beach, except to say it's Paradise. Houses are a mix between the Caribbean and French Quarter decor. Everyone is extremely friendly, and there are ample things to keep you busy if you choose. The bike rental shop is just steps away, and I was able to take art classes at a gallery on Barrett Square, also just steps away. The white sandy beach is like none I've ever seen, and the restaurants and shops are plentiful. A short drive or bike ride down Hwy 30A will take you to several other small communities and events. We were worried about the lack of WiFi, but that was easily fixed by purchasing a Virgin Mobile HotSpot at Target...problem solved. Last but not least, the homeowners are the best! I would highly recommend this property to everyone. Once you've vacationed in Rosemary Beach, you won't want to go anywhere else.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time staying at the Price is Right. The house has a great location for walking to dinner, breakfast, beach and pools. The fitness center and tennis courts are just a short walk as well. The kids had a great time in the bunks with their own TVs and movies. They felt like they had their own hideaway. We will definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful week.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We love our little house in Rosemary Beach and you will too. Wonderful restaurants are abundant. Try them all! Shopping, golf (nearby), tennis at the Rosemary Beach Racqut Club are great fun.
