Adorable, fully-furnished, private, one-bedroom self contained house. Newly remodeled.
Classic California style with all up-to-date comforts. Private and quiet, this 1 bedroom house is a duplex unit and is situated at the rear of the main house on a corner lot in a garden setting with private entrance and plenty of privacy.
Unique property features a newly remodeled kitchen, spacious countertops, and is well equipped for cooking/dining in. There is a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer.
The living room features a fireplace, flat screen HDTV with sat TV, DVD/iPod/CD player, desk area and has a sofa (pull down sofa bed in the living room that can be used for extra bedding)+ an oversized chair and it's all comfortably furnished.
The quiet rear bedroom features a cherry wood Queen sleigh bed and plenty of wardrobe/storage space. Bed linens are provided. The remodeled bathroom has a large, modern, oversized shower and a spanish terracotta-tiled floor. Towels are provided.
Outside features a nice deck area with picnic table and garden and chairs for sunbathing. There is a BBQ also.
The minimum weekly rate is quoted for two persons and each additional 3rd or 4th person carries a supplement of $25 per person per night.

First class! Accomodation could not have been better,close to all-beach,shops,etc. The owners went out of their way to make sure that we had a great time,without being in our face. Go there!!

Nous avons passé un fantastique séjour dans ce très agréable cottage, pour notre premier voyage aux Etats-Unis. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jardin, et le calme du quartier. I LOVE it here. So cozy, clean and comfortable that it's always a little sad to lock the door for my return home - where's a bit of relief when I check out of a hotel. Great location and all the comfort of home. Your nurturing personalities fill the space with warm fuzzies. I hope on one of these business trips I can bring the family along too but for now I remain selfishly grateful for being one of your guests. Cheers!

Lovely accommodation,within walking distance to beach, shopping etc. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom. Cottage is adjoined to main house where owners live. I must say thank you once again to owners who are so friendly and sociable and gave us lots of tips as to where to visit during our stay. Santa Monica is wonderful, friendly people, nice restaurants, plenty places nearby to visit. The only negative is there is no air conditioning in the cottage which is probably not needed all of the time but during our stay California was experiencing a heatwave and it was uncomfortable at night. If you visit in the winter there is a fire in the living area. If we ever return to area we would stay here again.

Can't say thank you enough! The location manager booked my stay while in LA shooting a commercial. I didn't know what to expect when I showed up. Well it beat my expectations and some. I needed somewhere quiet and comfortable during my week stay and it was both. Also fell in love with your dog, Mia. If you ever need a home for her ship her to NY. Thanks again and if I'm ever back in Santa Monica for pleasure, I'll look you up!
