Located in the heart of the famous Chianti wine-region, our country-estate commands a breathtaking view from the hillsides of the village of Lamole. Our property is ideally located in Tuscany, just 30 km far from Florence and Siena. The estate is surrounded by an enormous private park, with gardens, vineyards and fruit orchards for a total of 1,5 hectares. A private swimming-pool (6x12 metres large) overlooks the Greve River Valley.
Recently renovated, our SCUDERIE villa may accommodate up to 9 people. It's a villa on 2 levels:
GROUND FLOOR: living room with fireplace, kitchen (fully equipped, including dishwasher and oven), dining room with terrace, 2 bathrooms, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom. UPPER FLOOR: living room with fireplace, kitchen (fully equipped, including dishwasher and microwave), 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 3 bathrooms.
FACILITIES: Satellite TV. Private heating. Stereo/Cd player. Swimming pool. Private outside space in our park equipped with table and chairs in order to eat or relax open air. Barbecue. Laundry room with washing machine.
On the ground floor, from a large stone patio you enter in a huge living room with an impressive fireplace dating back to the XVII Century. Then you have a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a changing room. There is also a large double bedroom decorated with an amusing trompe l’oeil and a second bathroom with a changing room. The cozy kitchen, leading out to the patio, has a wood-burning oven that is original to the house, as well as a normal stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The upper floor, which can be accessed from a panoramic terrace by climbing just only 3 stairs, opens up to a lovely living room with an old stone fireplace and a small kitchen. On this floor there are also three bedrooms: the pink room with a romantic queen size bed, the yellow room with a queen size restored antique bed and the green room with a single bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, and one even has a full size bathtub.The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Satellite TV available.
For larger groups, we may set at their disposal also a second villa (it is just only 5 metres from the SCUDERIE villa), that accomodates up to 6-8 guests.
In total we may then accommodate up to 15-17 people.

About the owner: Hi, my name is Maria Giovanna Socci Ghini. I have always lived in this estate, since it belongs to my family from generations. Actually I live in Florence, however I am often at the property to manage the land around it, that is producing extra-virgin-olive oil and red wine. Especially if I have guests at the estate, I remain at their disposal for tips or information in order to help them to discover the best of Tuscany! ...In this photo, I am reaping the rewards of my orchard...
